Story
Do you believe in love at first sight? We certainly do and staff instantly feeling love with Virgil and his little crooked legs as soon as he walked into CARE. This happy boi is just a bundle of excitement and joy and has the ability to put a smile on everyone that meets him. Virgie loves rough housing with other dogs but is also respectful of them if they would rather not, and although he is wonderful with his other K9 pals, felines are not his forte and would need a home without them. Virgil is heartworm negative, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccines, so now is the time to meet this goofy boy!

Story
Meet Orca, the fun loving gal looking for a new home! Orca came to us from a situation where is was obvious that she was neglected, but she is a strong willing pup and she isn't about to let her past bring her down. Orca lacked socialization with other animal so a home without cats is best. For dogs she does best with mild energy dogs who can respect her personal space. She is staring to learn proper dog communication and starting to show us her playful nature every now and then. Orca is ready for a new start at life in a home that is dedicated to showing her what a true family is like. From a volunteer: "Orca was an absolute joy to go on a doggy date with! She is a little shy at first but warmed up in no time! She is not a fan of the bath, but loves to play with a tennis ball, is curious and loves to cuddle on the couch! Orca is definitely a little bit on the anxious side so having someone who can give her that attention when she needs it would be a perfect fit for her! She is also housebroken! "
