Good with cats, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained,
Story
She was rescued from abuse and malnutrition. She hides in a clothes closet and only comes out to use the puppy pads and to eat and drink then goes back in the closet. She loved my daughter and would come out to visit in the evening when all the other critters and kids settled down for the night. I have no idea how old she is but I will guess around 4 or 5. My daughter was slowly getting her more comfortable with people. But my daughter past away with heath complications two weeks ago. It would break my heart to put her to sleep as much as she has improved. We must find a home for her soon because we have to sell the home.

Trooper is a sweet dog. My daughter rescued him and has taken great care of him, but she has now passed away. We desperately want a loving home for him. He is full-blooded but completely blind. He is an older dog. Our hands are full, and I just don’t want him to live in a kennel. He loves squeaky toys and cats.

Story
Meet Jasper 🤍 Jasper is a sweet Red Heeler boy looking for his forever home. He’s believed to be a couple of years old and has a friendly, loving personality. Jasper was one of the dogs rescued from an abuse case, arriving starved and forgotten. Thanks to the care of Animal Control and time to heal, he’s now thriving and ready for a fresh start. He loves attention—especially belly rubs—and enjoys being around people. Despite everything he’s been through, Jasper has a gentle spirit and so much love to give. He’s come so far… now he just needs a family to show him the life he’s always deserved. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion, Jasper could be your perfect match 🤍 IMPORTANT: Jasper is heartworm positive, responding well to treatment. We will continue paying for treatment, till he's fully treated. No cost to future adopter.

Story
Mulligan’s DNA Said he’s 1/4 Leopard Hound, 1/4 Beagle, 1/4 Boston Terrier and 1/4 Pyrenees. He’s fully grown and petite at just 35 lbs. He has had some rough experiences, and you can see it in the way he flinches and stays on edge. His fight-or-flight is always on — not because he’s aggressive, but because he’s scared. He has never shown aggression, but he cannot be in a home with kids because fast movements and loud noises overwhelm him. Once he decides you’re safe, he follows you everywhere and doesn’t like for you to leave his sight. He snuggles beside you at night. And he becomes incredibly sweet and loyal. What he does well: • Loves other dogs (they boost his confidence) • House trained • Good in public with a dog buddy • Cuddles once he bonds • Sticks close to his person What he’s still learning: • Trusting new people • Commands • Harness walking • Building confidence • Crates — he will go in a crate, but he has confinement anxiety and barks Mulligan needs a quiet, patient home with at least one confident dog. He’s not the instant-easy type, but once he trusts you, he loves deeply. If you’re someone who understands trauma dogs and wants a loyal companion who just needs time, message us to meet Mulligan. 🖤
