Story
Hi, I`m Athena! I`m a sweet, young and fun girly who`s still learning about the world and figuring out my place in it. I came to the shelter through a cruelty case, so I’ve had a bit of a rough start, but I’m so grateful for the people who’ve helped me heal and find my way to a happier, safer life. I can be a little nervous around new people, but with a handful of snacks and just a smidge of patience, I`ll get to know you, and then I’m all about the love and affection! I love cuddling and getting attention from my favorite humans, and I’ll be your loyal companion through it all. I have a history of chronic rhinitis, which means my nose sometimes gets a bit stuffy. I may need some treatment in the future to keep it in check, but don’t worry – it’s something that can be managed. Right now I`m trying to become an ambassador for Kleenex to help pay the bills! Despite that, I’m still full of energy and ready to explore life with my new family. If you`re looking for a loving, affectionate girl who just needs a little time to settle in, I might be the one for you. I can’t wait to find a forever home where I can share all my love and get the care I deserve. Could that be with you?

Story
Hello, I`m Princess Anna! I was found as a stray and after taking a little time to settle in, I have come out of my shell and become my energetic and loving self. I can be a bit nervous at first, but once I warm up I become my cute and crazy cattle dog self. I am looking for a home that can help do all my hobbies which include going on long walks, enjoying premium hikes, getting plenty of cuddles, and arts and crafts in the form of repurposing fluff! Since I can be nervous I would do best in a home without young kids so I can feel as safe and comfortable as can be! If you are looking for a sweet pup to be your new shadow and give you endless love, come adopt me today!

Story
Hello, I`m Nala! I was brought in because I was very stressed by the children in the home, and wasn`t coping well. I am doing much better in a children-free environment and am looking for a new spot to live my life to the fullest! I have lots of skills like walking well on leash, hand touch, sit on cue, and I am muzzle trained! I am not a huge fan of other dogs or cats, though can be around dogs from afar without issue. I am looking for a home that can meet the physical and mental needs of my breed, take me on lots of walks, and provide plenty of enrichment for me. Due to my history, a children-free home would be the best option for me. If you are looking for a big, sassy, LGD to parade around your house and yard notifying you of incoming squirrels and mailmen, come adopt me today!

Story
Hi there, I’m Bibbles! Yeah, I know—Bibbles is a pretty goofy name, but hey, it suits me! I’m a fun-lovin’, peanut-butter-lovin’, stick-chewin’ kinda pup with a heart as big as my smile. I ended up at the shelter after wandering around as a stray, but I’m not dwelling on the past. I’m all about belly rubs, tasty snacks, and finding my forever humans! Now, I won’t lie—I can be a little shy when I first meet new people. I might give you the ol’ side-eye while I figure you out. But don’t worry! A couple of treats (did someone say peanut butter?) and a little patience go a long way. Before you know it, I’ll be flopping into your lap like we’ve been best buds forever. My favorite hobby? Chewing on sticks. Big sticks, little sticks, medium sticks—I’m not picky. I’m basically a connoisseur of fine forest wood. Got a backyard full of branches? I’m your guy. If you’re looking for a sweet, silly sidekick with a wiggly butt and a heart of gold, I might just be your new best friend. Come meet me—I’ll bring the charm, you bring the peanut butter. Deal?

Story
Hi there! I’m Flap Jack, a sweet, goofy, and spirited young Akbash on the hunt for my forever family. I’ve already completed two obedience classes and graduated at the top of my class—pretty impressive, right? I’m smart and eager to please, but what really sets me apart is my big heart and playful personality. I’m a total lovebug who enjoys snuggles, belly rubs, and making my people laugh with my silly antics. I’ve been in foster care for the past four months, learning how to be the best companion and a great dog-brother! With a loving home to continue my foster’s fantastic work, I’ll grow into a devoted companion and gentle guardian. I’d thrive in a home with room to stretch my legs and a family ready to include me in their daily adventures. If you’re looking for a loving, fun, and faithful friend, I’m your guy—come adopt me today!

Story
Meet Peter! This handsome fella came all the way from New Mexico in search of his forever family. Peter had a rough start at the shelter having to wear the cone of shame for over two weeks while he healed from his neuter. Now he is all good and ready to go! He is very sweet and wants nothing more than to be close to whoever will give him some good booty scratches. Peter is a little awkward with other dogs and they don`t always appreciate being treated like sheep (Stop herding your friends, silly Peter). Peter is looking for a family that can give him plenty of attention, lots of exercise & enrichment, and give him a comfy bed beside their own. If you are looking for a loving and playful fun-sized pup to go on hikes and adventures with, come adopt Peter today!
