Story
Meet Joker – A Gentle Soul Looking for His Second Chance 🖤🐾 Joker’s story is a heartbreaking one, but through it all, he’s remained full of love and quiet strength. A few years ago, he was adopted from our local shelter and lived a happy life with his doggy brother and loving owner. But this past year turned his world upside down—first losing his canine best friend, and then just a few weeks ago, his beloved owner passed away. His family was devastated. They knew what an incredible dog Joker is and were heartbroken they couldn’t keep him, but they wanted to give him the chance at a new, loving home. At 4.5 years old, Joker may be young in age, but he has the calm, wise spirit of an old soul. He’s incredibly low-maintenance, preferring to spend his days sunbathing, lounging, and quietly being near his people. He’s understandably shy at first when meeting new people, but within minutes he melts into affection and soaks up every bit of love offered. Joker’s former family shared that he’s potty trained, great with kids and dogs, and had no reaction to cats. He lived on open land where he ran free but never strayed from his yard. Inside, he free-roamed the home and was perfectly content cuddled up on his dog bed. Joker has lost so much, but he hasn’t lost hope. He’s waiting patiently for someone to open their heart and give him the love and stability he so deeply deserves. Could you be the one to help mend his heart? 💛

Story
Shadow was a rescue from one of my Sergeants from my squadron. My wife & I took him in, trying to have some more company around our apartment since we just moved in here. Shadow has been a fun & energetic dog, loves playing around, & laying on your lap, but we do not have the space or resources to properly take care of him. He is still a great dog, & we want him to have a home where he'll be able to thrive, run around, & play, with owners who can show him the same love & care that we do. We have toys, a crate, bed, bowls, and other things that'll come with shadow. We are not asking for any money for himself or anything else that'll come with him.

Story
Bruno is an 9 year old Pitbull mix weighing in at around 70lbs. He’s a lazy bones by day, snuggler by night. He’s very treat motivated and loves people! He loves a stuffed Kong most. He is house broken and walks well on a leash. He could be in a home with kids 12+ (due to his size) and could live with female dogs or submissive male dogs. He would love to have a human who works from home. He knows basic cues like sit, down, place, and come. Likes a good game of tug. He has some environmental allergies that are managed with Benadryl 2x daily. He has shown some separation/kennel anxiety his first few days with previous fosters, but that dissipates after a few days. Currently being fostered with his trainers. We have used a muzzle for bathing and nail trims because of excessive mouthing (not biting). This senior is lovable and wants a home of his own to live out his golden years!
