Story
Skye is an adorable 5 year old ish dachshund mix. She weighs 12-13lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated and heartworm negative. Skye can be a little bit of a diva with other animals and wants to be the boss. She likely would be happiest being a single dog but does play with the other dogs just doesnt like to share her toys or people. Skye will need someone familar with the breed. She will need work on crate and potty training but is a smart little girl. Her favoritate thing is to snuggle up next to you on the couch and sleep under the covers She has done fine with older respectful kids but small kid likely would not be a good idea due to her long back and smaller size. We do require a physical fence to keep her safe. Her adoption fee is $150.00 If interested please fill out the online application below https://form.jotform.com/200005720739042

Story
Meet Chanel Number 5! Chanel isn't ACTUALLY a spokesman for the perfume brand. She was named when she was first pulled from the shelter. After living on the streets, she was a VERY smelly, matted, sickly mess. Since arriving at her foster home, she has had several baths, nail trims, grooming sessions, antibiotics, a dental procedure and a skin surgery to treat a nasty skin infection, and she smells MUCH better now. Chanel was clearly a beloved pet in living a home once upon a time. She looks for the softest dog beds, she knows how to use stairs, she TRIES to go outside when she needs to go (even if she doesn't always find her way) and actively wants to know where her humans are. We simply don't know how she ended up wandering the streets alone. She IS a senior dog - mostly blind, mostly deaf and slow walking. She is spayed, up to date on shots and heartworm free. The only remaining health issue is her feet - at some point in her journey as a stray, the pads on her back feet tore off. So she wears very cute infant socks to protect them while they heal. She won't need them forever, but she doesn't have as much pain wearing them while they heal. Chanel spends her day alternating between enjoying her long naps and wandering between napping spots. She's slowly learning her way around the house and even the yard. Sometimes, when it's time to go out, we carry her just to save time, but she does try to go out for bathroom duties. When she decides it's time for dinner, and she cannot find her humans, she will bark for them. When she finds them, she wags her tail happily and follows them as well as she can. She definitely feels safe when the humans are home Chanel has had a rough time that she did not deserve - who dumps an elderly house pet? She definitely deserves a kind, safe home with a dog bed for her twilight years. If you can be that home for her, please fill out an application. Her adoption fee is waived with approved application https://form.jotform.com/200005720739042

Story
Luna is an adorable small 1 year old female Jack Russell mix (best guess). She will be spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She currently weighs around 12lbs and shouldn't get any bigger. Luna is very playful and likes to do zoomies! She would do best with another young small playful dog in the family. She is brand new to foster and will be working on crate and house training. She will require a fenced yard. Her adoption fee is $125.00 If interested please fill out the online application https://form.jotform.com/200005720739042

Story
Pearl is an 8 yr old female kelpie/malamute mix. Pearl loves running and playing just as much as she enjoys lounging around. Pearl is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. She’s loved in various settings and is quite adaptable. I do not have the space she needs to truly enjoy her life.

Story
I took Scout in because of the death of the lady that owned him. She had him for a month and then she was diagnosed with cancer and died a month later. I have had him for a month. He is 4 years old. He is a very sweet loving dog but needs someone who has time to train him and spend time with him. I am on a very large property and I own farm animals and he chases them so I have had to put him on a long line, which I hate doing. I would keep him but I can’t have a dog that runs livestock and I don’t want him tied up for the rest of his life. He is crate trained. I have kept him outside. He is a large dog and doesn’t t know boundaries with very small children. He is smart and would learn quickly. He does bark to let me know when someone comes onto my property. He would do well with a family of older children and room to run. He just needs a family with time to train him in basic obedience. I started training him to walk on a lead. I am just too busy to take care of him.
