Story
Captain is a wonderful, energetic, & playful pure bred Pit Bull Terrier (per test with Embark). We adopted Captain from the Bay County Animal shelter in Florida in July 2021 at about 6 months old. So, as of July 2023, he is about 2.5 years old. Captain has been to training and received a certificate for his efforts. He responds well to all basic commands, though there are times when he gets focused and is a bit slow to respond. Captain is very social. Loves playing with anyone and loves going to the dog park. Heck, he would run and play with the deer if we let him :D The only issue we have, is he will not stop going after the cat. We have tried many times to break him of this trait and finally decided we are not going to succeed. And this is why we must find Captain a new home. We will be very sorry to see him go. So if you are the right family, please reach out today. We would love to hear from you!
