Story
Zeus is a super sweet loving dog, but he’s very protective. He loves to cuddle, is obsessed with his toys, and loves to play ball. He's a very good dog except when it comes to strangers or kids at the door, he has 1 bite incident which was door and kid related. We have put him through training but he needs someone who has the time to keep up on it. He knows commands but gets overwhelmed by the doors opening or doorbells. Doesn’t have accidents and does well when we aren’t around at the boarders or with dog sitters. Unfortunately our kids are young and we have a lot of kids in and out, so we have to keep him muzzled or locked up. He needs a good home preferably adults only but may do better with other families. He loves our family but the protectiveness is too much. I’m unsure of other kids as usually it’s come and go with them here which he isn’t a fan of. He does well with some kids and not well with others. Hard to say.

Story
Daisy is a 5 month old Alaskan Klee Kai and Border Collie mix! She is an absolute lovebug and well behaved puppy. However due to a job change we are unable to attend to her needs as much as we initially expected . She already knows commands such as sit, down, stay, and a few tricks, and she is also crate trained and mostly potty trained. She has also begun leash training. Daisy is eager to learn and loves training. Unfortunately she does suffer from isolation anxiety, so she will need some patience while she learns to be better at being alone. A household with kids and/or other dogs would be perfect for her! She will come with all of the dog supplies she could ever need as well as a bunch of toys and enrichment activities.

Story
Ellie is the most loving, happy, energetic dog I’ve ever met. She is so sweet and happy! She does have some behavioral issues; she pees in the house when she is mad or upset or if she feels like she isn’t getting enough attention, she jumps a lot, she doesn’t realize her size and sometimes because of that her jumping can hurt. I just had a very difficult pregnancy and she would pull me on walks, several times her strength pulled me straight onto my stomach which was very scary. Since we’ve brought our baby home she has jumped up on her, scratched her (unintentionally), has reopened my c-section incision from jumping on me, etc. As much as we love her and this will be traumatic for us, we have to allow her to go find a family who can give her more attention and who can help her expend her energy. Ellie will also come with her kennel, leash, collar, a weeks worth of her food so you can be prepared for her right away.

Story
Ava is a happy, easy going dog. She is playful and loves to run. I got her a few years ago from the animal shelter and now my work schedule needs me to travel and I am sadly having to rehome her. She’s great playing with other dogs and will play for hours when given the opportunity. She loves long walks and treats. She doesn’t like to be left alone, but can be for several hours. She’s not a fan of being in the crate when she is alone at home. She will stay in her crate. She is great with kids, and would love to be part of an active family.

Story
Elle is a 2 year old spayed American Bully with a soft heart and a calm, loving personality. She has grown up in a family home and absolutely adores children. She lets kids lay on her, snuggle her, hug her, and she is always gentle and patient. She loves to relax near her people and be where the family is. Elle currently lives with another dog that she grew up with & does well overall. The only issue she has is with food dropping on the floor around another dog. she gets protective in those moments. With people, she has zero food aggression. You can put your hand near her, take food from her, or move things around her bowl, & she is completely calm. Her food concern is only with other dogs and only when something drops unexpectedly. This is manageable with awareness, training consistency, or a home where shes the only dog/animal. Elle is affectionate, loyal, and well-mannered. She knows basic behaviors, listens well, and is eager to please. She is not high-energy. Loves playing fetch.
