Story
Grizzly is a 4-year-old York Chocolate cat with a unique story. I saved him as a neonate, and my late mother adopted him. Due to her passing, I now need to find him a new, loving home. Griz is a playful and curious cat who loves to chase dogs around the house, which means he needs a home where kids are careful if they try to play. However, older kids are fine with him. He gets along well with some cats but is strictly an indoor cat, though he loves to bird-watch on the patio and has never tried to jump down. He is a loyal companion who will follow you everywhere, even to the bathroom! His favorite activity is chasing a laser pointer, and his meow is so soft that it is sometimes hard to hear him. He is neutered but not microchipped, and his vaccination status is unknown. He loves napping in sunny spots around the house and has a favorite spot by the window where he can watch the world go by. Hs a bit of a foodie and gets excited at meal times, always ready for a treat. Thanks. xoxo

**BONDED WITH JOEY**Hello, I'm Chandler! My brother Joey and I are looking for our new forever home. I was the largest kitten of the litter, but funnily enough, I ended up bonding with the runt of the litter! My brother and I are both very playful. I can be held and picked up, and I purr a lot. Like, a lot. Sometimes, you can hold me like a baby, but it just depends on my mood. I have a lot of energy and love to play! I am obsessed with feather/teaser/wand toys. I'll play tug of war with them, and I'll actually growl like a dog while doing it! I'm also a very sweet boy, and I love to be around people. I haven't been around dogs before, so I'm not sure how well I would do around one. I also am a tad slow to warm up to other cats, but faster than my brother is. A slow introduction would still be the best though. I've been fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, de-wormed, and I use the litterbox perfectly. If you are interested, you can come and meet my brother and I at either the Vancouver Plaza or Hazeldale Petsmart Adoption Events. Story
Hey there, I'm Rachel and I was a hard working Mom raising my four kittens. Now I'm ready for my forever home! If you didn't know only 25% of black cats are female, so I am a very special lady! I am a very sweet girl, and usually very calm, but I do get frisky and like to play too! I LOVE it when you brush my long beautiful locks. I have had my vaccinations, was spayed, microchipped, and also been de-wormed and tested negative for FIV & FeLV. I would prefer to be the only queen cat of the family, as I tend to get grumpy quickly around any other cats that aren't my two boys, Chandler and Joey (Who are also up for adoption!). I have never been around dogs either, so I'm not quite sure how that would go.My foster mom also recomends only older cat savvy kids. You can fill out an application online at sccpets.comOctober 14, 2024, 2:12 am

Story
I adopted Chaz and his brother Nick back in 2016. I am the sole owner of both cats. The lone reason I am rehoming both boys is that my health is declining due to a worsening chronic condition. I am seeking someone who wants to adopt one or both boys to add equal measures of love and high spirits to their home. Chaz is a love bug. He will soak up all the attention you provide him. Chaz’s favorite toy is “Da Bird” and he lets you know that it is play time by seeking out the closet where I store it. That said, any object that should find its way to the floor will become his “new favorite.” Chaz is still frisky and dynamic like a kitten. Yet when my nephews visit me, Chaz likes sitting on the youngest’s lap as the two play video games. He is happy being in the middle of all the things. Please consider taking them both because they bring out the best in each other.
