Meet Twix! Twix has been a bit of a shy guy, but he`s been coming out more and more and likes watch from afar until he feels confident enough to come say hello. It doesn`t take much for him to come around and when he does he`s a sweet fella!Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. We are open on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We are closed for adoptions on Monday, and all holidays. Wren is a sweet lovebug. She’s snuggly, loves to play, and warms up to new people quickly. She’s an excellent communicator and will let you know with a meow if she wants more attention! She has a beautiful fluffy coat and a tail that’s almost as big as she is, and she likes being brushed, especially if there are treats involved. She also loves wand toys and hanging out with her brother Emerson. Wren would love a home with her best friend Emerson or a home where there`s another friendly cat or kitten. Nova was acquired by us from a local family who advertised kittens for sale in November 2016. She is 9. She has been spayed and is healthy and has been chipped. She's very friendly to people she knows, and is a bit shy around people she doesn't know. She's comfortable indoors and outdoors, and she's smart and active. She used to be good with our dog, but our dog has started to treat her like prey and Nova has become fearful of her. I would guess she would prefer to be in a house with no other pets, although if you have a puppy she'll be happy to "put it in it's place". We also travel to Eastern Washington a lot and don't have a solution for Nova when we travel. We'll provide plenty of food, automatic feeder and waterer, litter box, etc. We will miss her but we think there's a better situation for her someplace else.
