Story
* Meow! Come meet me at 71 Oglethorpe St NW, every day from 12pm-7pm.At 16, Smores may have her Kitty AARP card, but she has also has a heart of gold. This lovely lady`s elderly owner could no longer care for her, so she is looking for an amazing retirement home where she will be cherished and pampered. Smores is sweet and easy-going and will fill your home with much love and warmth. She has lost most of her teeth, so will need to be on a wet food diet. If you would like to help a very deserving cat in need of a soft place to land, please stop by and meet our very special girl, Smores. We know you are going to love her!

Story
We adopted Mia in 2019, and she is a wonderful, snuggly companion. She curls up on my lap almost every time I'm at my desk or in bed, purring steadily until she decides to get off and go sleep at the foot of the bed. However, we had twins in 2023 and after months of trying, my wife and I decided that we just don't have enough time, space, or mental bandwidth to give Mia the love and attention she deserves. Mia is about 10 years old. She plays with toys but is happy to search for the comfiest pile of blankets to nap on. Until the twins disturbed her peace, she was by far the chillest cat compared with any of our friends' cats. No zoomies, no ambushes, just persistent headbutts of love. We will be sad to see her go, but we want her to find a new home where she can be the only pet, with adults (possibly with older children) who can respect her boundaries and give her as many snuggles as she wants.
