Story
** I am currently being housed at our Oglethorpe St location. Come meet me at 71 Oglethorpe St NW, every day between 12pm-7pm. Or visit humanerescuealliance.org/how-to-adopt to learn more. Somedays we feel super creative when naming cats. Other days, not so much. Um, meet Fluff Tail. You guessed it -- she has a fluffy tail! All jokes aside, this gorgeous gal found herself overheating on the streets one hot July day and came into the shelter to cool down, get care, and find a loving home. Fluff is a beautiful medium haired cat who is curious and learning to be brave. She would benefit from a patient home that will allow her the time she needs to settle in and get comfortable. As a multifaceted gal, FT does show a bit of sass from time to time. She is so looking forward to being a spoiled housecat and is hoping for a cat tower so she can survey her domain. Fluff Tail would also love a brushing or two each week to keep her looking fresh. Stop by and meet this lovely lady today.

Story
Female, DMH, approx 2 years old Personality: calm, friendly, independent The sky's the limit with Skye! Fun, sweet, calm, and friendly, she enjoys playing both independently and with people. When she's not exploring a tunnel, leaping at anything on a string, or chasing down balls to expend her energy, she can be found hanging out on the couch next to her human buddies. Skye is also a great communicator and will use her pretty voice to let you know when she misses you and desires your company. Although she's curious, she doesn't care much for the great outdoors and instead prefers to catch some soothing sunrays from the safety of the indoors. If you're convinced of this girl's greatness, then reach for the stars and bring the amazing Skye into your life! _________________________ If you are interested in meeting a dog or cat, we require an adoption application. Story
Female, approx 3 yrs. DMH Personality: calm, shy, snuggly Are you looking for a calm, chatty, and affectionate orange fluff? Look no further than Honey. While sweet Honey might be shy at first, she loves to hang out. Once she is happy and comfortable, she's an absolute ham and will stop at nothing to get pets, belly rubs, and attention. Honey loves to hang out next to you on the couch, and will get so excited to snuggle that she will throw herself onto you, aaaaaand sometimes accidentally roll onto the floor. Honey is a chatty girl but has a goofy croaking meow. Honey will do well in a quiet and calm environment. She is friendly with new people, but likes to observe from a space where she feels safe until she determines that they are ok. Honey is pretty laid back. She does well when she is home alone and is good at entertaining herself. Or good at just hanging out on the couch all day. In any case, Honey can't wait to meet you. Apply today!
