Meet Skye, a nine-week-old tortoiseshell kitten who’s ready to find her forever family. She and her five siblings were orphaned and bottle-fed from birth, and while we’re saddened by the loss of their mother, there’s a silver lining—they’ve all formed deep bonds with people. Skye, in particular, has embraced her role as the “matriarch” of the group, exuding confidence and curiosity.
Unlike kittens raised outdoors by feral mothers, Skye and her siblings haven’t developed natural fears, making them remarkably well-adjusted. In fact, they have no problem with common household activities, including the vacuum! Each kitten, however, has their own unique personality, and Skye’s sweet attitude sets her apart
Skye is a spirited and playful companion who loves to team up with her brother, Triton! This little explorer has a special obsession with the laser pointer, darting around with boundless energy as she chases those elusive red dots.
Skye is a master at entertaining herself, whether plotting her next pounce on an unsuspecting sibling or finding a pen cap to toss into the air. With significant drama, she leaps after it, glancing around to ensure her littermates are watching before throwing it again—always making sure they can’t quite catch it!
Not only is Skye full of playful antics, but she also has a sweet side: She loves to purr and will take as long as she needs to find the perfect spot on your lap, shoulder, or chest. What is especially sweet is when Skye crawls up from your stomach to ensure she gets your complete and utter attention and maintains eye contact, purring so loud that it is hard to do anything other than pay attention. There is nothing quite like the warmth of a kitty curled up in your lap, bringing comfort and happiness.
Skye has already received her initial vaccinations.
