Hi! My name is Miles. I'm a little sweetheart and purr machine. I love making biscuits in my poofy pillow bed (or sitting on your lap) and I love being brushed. Don't get me wrong though, I also love to play. Feather toys and tower toys are my favorite! I get along well with other cats. I am a typical kitten, playful and just a huge goofball. Miles is fully vetted. Neutered, RCP 1yr, Rabies 1yr, dewormed, combo tested negative and microchipped. If you would like to get an application or to meet him please email Kimberly at kimily1033@yahoo.com

Story
Hi! I'm Snazzy Sprinkles, but sometimes my foster parents call me Floof! As you'll see, I have a beautiful tail of floof. I was born in June 2017. I am super playful and I love being in whatever room my human is in. Some of my favorite things to do are playing with feather wands, following my human and lounging around just about anywhere in the house. This includes the bathtub, in doorways and well just about any spot I can fit myself! I also like to explore, but very slowly. Cats must be cautious you know. There could be an unexpected piece of fuzz around any corner. I crave the companionship of the humans. Please consider me to be your fluffy companion. Apply today! Adoption fee: $75. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 30 days of free pet insurance. NOTE ABOUT BREED LABELING: Visual breed identification of cats is unreliable and usually inaccurate. So, for most of our adoptable cats, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each cat or kitten as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our cats based on personality, not by breed label. Adoption Process: Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.

Story
Hi everyone! My name is Kotto. I am a fun, spunky, sweet and fluffy, orange tabby boy who is 16 weeks old. My best friend is my sister Morty. She's a beautiful torbie kitten. My name is short for Apurikotto, which means apricot in Japanese. I love to play and, when I get tired, I love to nap on your lap after making some biscuits. My sister Mort's name comes from Madagascar because of her beautiful large eyes. She likes to curl up in small spaces, the smallest places. Morty is a little more reserved than I am, but she comes out her shell when she's comfortable. We do well with children and we're fine with being picked up, petted and cuddled. All we need now is a home and someone to love for life. Adopt a pair: $200. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 30 days of free pet insurance. Story
As much as I don’t want to, I have to surrender my moms 2 cats. My dad passed last August and my mom passed away on 8/14/23 and was the sole caretaker for them-I would take them but I have 3 dogs who wouldn’t take too kindly to them. Her apartment needs to be empty by September 19. Neither of them are suuuper social but I would say Whipper is much more social than Peeps. Whipper is the long haired gray one and Peeps is the Tri-color cat. Whipper does have mats that need to be taken care of as well. I am willing to pay for updated vaccinations and grooming.

Hi Facebook Friends!! They call me Ninja … I’m a laid back cat looking for a laid back family. Unfortunately I was brought to the shelter because I decided to go exploring but then my owners never came back for me. I’m not a fan of other animals but enjoy my attention from humans. I like to explore so I jump from counters to floors effortlessly. If you’re looking for a buddy to hangout with everyday I’m your guy! Contact the shelter to set up a meet and greet! ✌️, Ninja ✨Aged by vet between 2-3 years ✨Male - altered ✨Not good with other cats or dogs ✨Recommend with older children ✨Fully Vetted and Microchipped

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Hi, my name is Waldo! My story is a rather happy and sad one all at the same time. I lived with my mom and a lot of other cat-siblings. I loved my mom. We lived a happy life, all of us together. However, since we had too many siblings for one person to handle our health started to decline, despite how well our mom tried to take care of us. I am now looking for a quiet home with a forever family. We were covered in fleas, so some of us have hair missing from the fleas. We have since been treated and are happy to announce we no longer have fleas! We have all been tested for FIV/FELV and are negative. We have been dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, and received flea prevention. Although, we should not need any medical attention I should still see a vet within a month to get established with your veterinarian. Since being with Macomb County Animal Control, I have been a little shy and quiet. Being removed from the only home I know, the only family I know, and only to be transported to a new place with lots of other animal smells & new people smells… it’s a lot for me to handle all at once. I hope you can understand that. Once I feel safe and have had tie to decompress and get used to my new surroundings (again), I will open up and be your best friend if given the chance. If you are interested in adopting Waldo or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. To help speed up the application process, it is recommended that you complete the online application form found at the link below.https://animalcontrol.macombgov.org/AnimalControl-AdoptionApplicationI am available at:Pet Supplies Plus42241 Garfield RdClinton Twp, MI 48038586-228-0090My adoption fee is $50
