Story
Fiona is a beautiful and intelligent kitty that will need a cat experienced adopter to help her continue to flourish. Fiona is very shy and takes quite a while to warm up to new people but that doesn't mean she isn't a happy lady. She really seems to enjoy being with other cats in her foster home, often seen snuggling with someone in a soft blanket and being close during meal times. While Fiona will likely never be a lap cat, she deserves a happy life with a family that is patient and willing to let her have space to grow confidence. We would love to find her a forever home with someone willing to continue socializing her and working with our team on methods we have found helpful in helping kitties acclimate to new environments. To be considered as a prospective adopter please tell us how you think you can help Fiona so she can live out her life with lots of care and love in your adoption application. To be considered as a potential adopter, complete an adoption application. Completing the application does not guarantee it will be approved. We are an all volunteer group and unfortunately are unable to answer every phone call, adoption inquiry, or application. Please understand you will be contacted only if your application is approved.

Story
Oh, Oreo, you've come so far! This silly little 11 year old gal was adopted several years ago and unfortunately returned when her owner had to move across the country and fell on hard times. Oreo was quite scared when she came back to us and took months and months to even come out of her carrier in her foster home. It was heartbreaking. Fast forward to now, she has come leaps and bounds from the carrier dweller she once was but she still does like to find cozy places to hunker down… like under the sink in her foster mom's bathroom. Oreo has surprised us the last several weeks as she's been out and about exploring, hanging on the couch with her foster family watching tv, and accepting pets with some purrs in exchange. She's not a cuddle bug just yet, but we're confident that once she's in a forever home that allows her to settle in time, she's going to flourish into the laid back senior sweetie she's always meant to be. If you're considering a companion and think Oreo would be a good fit for you, we're accepting applications for cat experienced potential adopters! To be considered as a potential adopter, complete an adoption application. Completing the application does not guarantee it will be approved. We are an all volunteer group and unfortunately are unable to answer every phone call, adoption inquiry, or application. Please understand you will be contacted only if your application is approved.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. My name is Franny and I have kind of an odd situation. I have very mild Cerebellary Hypoplasia or Wobbly Cat Syndrome. Aside from that the neurologist says I have cyst in my brain the affects my ability to process what I see. My eyes work fine but my brain can't properly understand the signals my eyes send. It is a weird way to live and it causes me to panic sometimes because I get scared and confused. So, I would be best as an only kitty in a patient house. I do love to play and snuggling with my foster is a most favorite thing. Some folks say I am special needs, I think I am just unique! Do you think you might have room for me to love you forever? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Araceli (Ah-rah-sell-ee), is a beautiful, all-black, spayed female cat. She is in search of a new home due to circumstances beyond her control.   She is about 13 years old, in excellent health, up-to-date on Rabies, FVRCP, and FeLV/FIV shots. She currently lives with two other cats, but now would prefer to be a solo cat, though she is friendly with other felines. She is chatty, so she's not the cat for someone who wants a silent companion.   Do you perhaps have a sunny spot where she can spend her golden years?    If you can help Araceli, please contact: cmcondo13@gmail.comVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. September 15, 2025, 4:40 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, my name is Lexie.  I was recently surrendered to KSC when my human suffered serious health issues and could no longer take care of me.  It’s been confusing for me to not be in my home and though I’ve been a bit down, I’m a friendly, healthy girl .  The caregivers are taking good care of me and give me gentle pets and talk to me.    I hope to find a quiet forever home where I can spend my retirement years.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. October 9, 2025, 9:30 pm

Conrad has grown up surrounded by his foster siblings and truly thrives with feline friends, so he’ll need to be adopted into a home with another friendly kitty—or alongside one of his siblings or foster buddies.   Conrad is also comfortable around cat-friendly dogs and would fit right into a gentle, multi-pet household. His favorite things include chasing the feather teaser, lounging in sunny spots for afternoon naps, and indulging in a few Temptations treats.
