We met this beautiful girl at a local Walmart while collecting Toys for Tots with the Explorers. A family was moving out of state with four kids and dogs in a small RV and didn't have room for her. We took her in and she became an unofficial mascot of our post and she wound up housed in our place. She has amazing eyes, beautiful coat and is full of energy. She is wonderful with people, especially kids. Best of all she is not finicky. She'll make a fine guard dog and companion for everyone in your home. Unfortunately changes at the station, as well as my own living situation--I am going overseas, and getting married--mean we need to find her a more permanent and still loving home.

We rescued Kodi in Oct. 2023 from his previous owner who neglected him and kept him caged all day. When we got him, he was very destructive, overly energetic, stubborn, and asserted dominance over our other dog. We sent him for professional board and train in Nov. 2023. He has improved significantly, but is still stubborn, chews on non-pet toys, and is energetic. He also asserts dominance over our 1-year-old by knocking him down. Kodi needs a home without dogs and young kids, and with a large yard to get his energy out.

Very sweet dog. Vet said she’s about a year old. She will lick you to death lol. Minds very well. We found her near our home, she was skin & bones, fleas and had gairdia. She has gained weight, no more fleas & tests came back negative for gairdia after 2 rounds of antibiotics. She’s up to date on vaccines & rabies. She walks good on a leash now & follows commands well. Haven’t been able to train her other than sit & stay. She will come & stay by your side. Looking for someone active & has time to train her. Not too sure how she is with other dogs but my other 2 dogs get along with her through the fence. She shows no sign of aggressive behavior except food aggressive with the other dogs. However, I am able to pet her while she’s eating.
