We rescued Ares "temporarily" when he was 5 months old from a family who could no longer keep him. He had been found by this family near a dumpster with his litter mates. He has an extremely sweet personality and loves to play fetch. Fetch is his favorite game EVER and he can play with you for hours. He is great with other dogs (loves the dog park) and kids but needs a family who has the time to take him out and play with him. We just welcomed our 3rd surprise baby and with me going back to work full time we need to urgently find him a family for him. We love him so much and don't want to let him go but we want to do what is best for him and his needs.

We love Wilma and you will too!We're not quite sure how Wilma landed in the Downey shelter, but she was there for about two months when we learned about her on her scheduled euthanasia date. All the stars were aligned... we locked in a foster, gave our vet a heads up, and went to get her. And she's been the sweetest little princess ever since!Very inquisitive, treat motivated and eager to learn, a quiet angel in the car, not a big barker, friendly with new people... it feels like we hit the jackpot with Wilma. She even knows "sit!" She loves toys and snuggling in her bed next to you while you work or watch tv. She's pretty scared of other dogs so it's best if she stays away from them and is the only furbaby in the house. Hopefully just until she feels more safe and secure with a forever family at least. We're working on helping her redirect focus on walks too, so she can enjoy them more.Her bloodwork looks great and the vet gives her a big gold star. This is tucker he is a German shepherd Belgian malinois and probably something else we got him from the humane society about 2 years ago he is very sweet and great with kids dogs and cats. We sadly need to rehome him due to us not being home nowhere near enough for him. He spends most of his time in the cage due to it. He needs a home where they can spend time with him and take him out to play.He is very hyper when he first meets you but will calm down. He has so much energy but we have no time to help him get it out. He is crate trained and know basic commands like sit, down , come , and touch. He is potty trained. He has his rabies vaccine. These 4 dogs were found in a construction yard by one of our rescue supporters.  They are so much more than we expected  super sweet and quite mellow dogs   We are curious and very friendly.  Good with children. We have not been around a lot of things so want to smell and check everything out.  Each one of us is still learning how to walk on a leash.  We are easily corrected and redirected.  We love to play with each other and all get along well.  If possible I would love to be adopted with one of my siblings.  We don’t bark unless something super big is happening and really enjoy our mid day naps. We all like to go for car rides.  We are not quite potty trained, but want to learn. We really enjoy chewing on our bully sticks and playing with our toys.
