Charles was brought into us by one of our volunteers who found him roaming the streets. He is a happy dog with a matching personality! At first he may be a little scared and need a sniff or two to make sure you're okay, but after his inspection he is just happy to see you. I stay off the furniture and kitchen counters, and I do not get into the trash -- wow, what a good boy I am! I just relax while my foster mom is away from the house. In the car, I am calm and quiet. I will get right in and let you buckle me up. I have been around other shelter dogs in the play yard, coexisting well. My favorite toys are high-quality, ropelike squeaky toys with minimal stuffing.
