Rigby von Rathenow is a very handsome, 4-year-old Shepherd mix. Rigby is a wonderful boy who is looking for a home with another friendly pup. His sweet face says it all: he’s a super-sweet boy who craves the company of canines and humans. He is friendly with visitors, neighbors, passers-by on walks and all the dogs at the park. (He used to have regular visits with a couple of chihuahuas! However, cats are not included in his list of favorite things.) He loves attention, especially when it involves full-body petting. Rubbing his face will have him leaning against you in doggie ecstasy. Rigby is house- and crate-trained, knows his basic commands (sit, down, leave-it) and is a well-mannered passenger in the car. He enjoys his toys and is always up for a game of fetch. He’s happy when it’s time for a walk. And he is just wonderful on a walk with other dogs, meeting them all face-to-face and just glad to make new friends. He enters play groups with a wagging tail, ready to socialize and explore. He is a doggie diplomat in the yard, greeting and mingling with everybody, canine and human alike. This social boy will thrive as part of a pack with people and other dogs.
