We met this beautiful girl at a local Walmart while collecting Toys for Tots with the Explorers. A family was moving out of state with four kids and dogs in a small RV and didn't have room for her. We took her in and she became an unofficial mascot of our post and she wound up housed in our place. She has amazing eyes, beautiful coat and is full of energy. She is wonderful with people, especially kids. Best of all she is not finicky. She'll make a fine guard dog and companion for everyone in your home. Unfortunately changes at the station, as well as my own living situation--I am going overseas, and getting married--mean we need to find her a more permanent and still loving home.

We rescued Kodi in Oct. 2023 from his previous owner who neglected him and kept him caged all day. When we got him, he was very destructive, overly energetic, stubborn, and asserted dominance over our other dog. We sent him for professional board and train in Nov. 2023. He has improved significantly, but is still stubborn, chews on non-pet toys, and is energetic. He also asserts dominance over our 1-year-old by knocking him down. Kodi needs a home without dogs and young kids, and with a large yard to get his energy out.

Rex is such a love!!! Rex was born on February 17, 2022. He is a big boy at about 100 pounds and he is very tall. He is a shepherd with some cattle dog mixed in. He loves the outdoors, so he would be amazing for a family with some property or a large yard, but he also adores being with his people, so he is happy to chill inside as well. He still has a few puppy traits (occasionally finds something to chew on, that he shouldn't), but for the most part, he is just a great dog with a good amount of energy, but not too crazy! He loves toys and he loves puppies! He does seem to get along with most dogs with a proper intro. Sometimes he gets a little over excited meeting new dogs when he is on a leash, so he may bark at them (and he has a big bark), but he will settle down. We think he would be a good dog for someone with mobility issues because of his height and size. He's great in the car and he's good with kids but because of his size and occasionally mouthing and herding, we think he's probably best with older kids. He is housetrained and crate trained. He really is such a good boy and we can't quite figure out why he hasn't found a home yet. Currently in need of new foster in So Cal or can be adopted anywhere in California. Adoption fee of $200 includes spay/neuter, core vaccines (DAPP and rabies), microchip, access to training videos. Hi everyone, I’ve been named Lady or pretty Lady! EARN founder and my now foster momma received notice of a German Shepherd mix puppy who had been abandoned and neglected. It was me! I was living outside behind a tarp at a random property in Perris I had wandered onto. I was really hungry and thirsty, and I was all alone and scared. My foster momma scooped me up and saved me. She even took me to the vet. I’m healthy and now have my microchip and everything! I am pretty shy and I am looking for my person and for a leader to guide me. I am just a little pup, around 5 months old. I’ve been looking to my foster doggie siblings for comfort & would be best in a home with other dogs who are calm and gentle. Yvette is in foster care in Huntington Beach SO Cal area. Yvette is such a nice compact little shepherd girl who is almost 3yrs old and weighs 60 pounds. She has been waiting awhile for a family and her friend we rescued with her has been adopted leaving Yvette alone and waiting. She is gentle and playful with other dogs the same size as her in her playgroup. She likes toys, scampering and bowing around the play yard and is great in the car and on leash. She still has puppy energy and may play a little to hard to be with really small dogs and she doesn't care for kitties. For a family this dog has an amazing personality and does her best to mind and please. Yvette could play ball from sunrise till bedtime and never tires of her favorite toy. She like water and on hot days can be seen splashing contentedly in her kiddie pool. The beach lake or river would be her idea of Heaven.
