***MAPLE IS NOW WITH SPCA VACAVILLE, www.solanospca.com*** Maple is 11 months old, playful, active & ATHLETIC. She's only 40 lbs or so, though she looks bigger in her solo pics. She's extroverted, confident & affectionate. Maple is SMART. She knows sit, stay, come, crate, down, gentle & potty. She waits for "OK" before entering/exiting the house & before eating her meal. She also waits to be leashed, before leaving her crate. She is looking for owner(s) with an active lifestyle (outdoorsy, hiking, etc.), who will keep up her training. She's people-oriented so she can be the sole dog, but she'll do well with another dog who matches her energy level (Border Collie, cattle dog, etc.). No cats or *small* kids (she's a lover & can get excited, so she may knock small kids over, or try to "herd" them). Maple's an outgoing little girl who loves being cuddled.
