Hello, my name is Bindi! I am a 6 year old female Great Dane that weighs approx. 135lbs. I was surrender to RAC due to my family no longer being able to care for me. I am a very calm girl that would love to find a peaceful FURever home to spend my golden years with. I am house broken, and crate trained. I walk well on leash. I would make a perfect companion for a single person or a mature family. I am suggested with children over the age of 13 that understand my age and energy level. I would prefer to live with dogs around my size and not too wild. If you have other dogs, a meet and greet is suggested to make sure we get along. My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, microchipped, up to date on my basic yearly vaccines, and heartworm negative. Guinness was seized from his owner by animal control as part of a cruelty investigation. He was severely malnourished. We are so grateful to be put of his journey to a better life. Guinness has put on weight nicely and has adjusted well to the pampered life. He gets along with dogs of all sizes but needs slower introductioms to dogs who are his size or larger as he can be dominant initially. Once he is comfortable, he is great with xl dogs as well.Guinness has spent alot of time around young children and is great with them but can knock them down on accident. He likes to go for walks but does pull pretty strongly on the leash. He is crate trained and normally very quiet. His foster mom says that he absolutely loves toys! Guinness is 2 years old and he is ready for a family that will give him the life he should have had all along. ##1947841##

2 Great Dane Pups Available Sky & Angel are two & a half mos old. They'll be available for adoption in 2 weeks. Applications are being accepted for pre-adoption. These black beauties are Great Danes. They're the result of irresponsible pet owners who failed to have their pets spayed & neutered. Pictures of their mama dog & daddy dog are available upon request. The girls play very well together but would benefit from being adopted to separate homes, especially with an older doggie companion to learn from! Sky is bigger than her sister, but they'll both be very large when full grown as Great Danes are an XL breed. The girls are learning commands & potty training is going well. They're getting familiar with wearing halters & leash walking. Antlers & beef bones are favorite chews as they're teething. They've had their first puppy shots & been dewormed. Soon they'll be going for car rides & working on socialization. Sky is a lovebug who enjoys soft sweet words & kisses. Angel can be more adventurous & she really enjoys her rope toys. They both love love classical music during nap time & during the night! They sleep ALL NIGHT from 8:30pm until 6am! 😇😇 Dane puppies aren't fully mature until they reach 2 years of age. I am a four year old DEAF Double Merle girl and when I came into the rescue I was so skinny.  Well, my foster mama has been working with me to put on some weight and says that I look amazing now!  I am house/crate trained and get along with other medium and large dogs. I do not do well with small dogs or cats. I have been described as a Velcro Dane and a very sweet girl.
