FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Rosa! Rosa is a beautiful 2½-year-old, 60 lb Great Pyrenees who came to us from an overcrowded shelter and is now searching for a forever home! This sweet girl has a fun personality with a goofy side that comes out once she starts to feel comfortable. Rosa would love a playful large-breed companion to share adventures and zoomies with in her forever home. She does best with slow, thoughtful introductions, but once she’s settled in, she’s happy to romp around with her canine friends. With a moderate energy level, Rosa is the perfect mix of adventure buddy and laid-back companion. She’d love a family who will include her on walks, weekend outings, and continue helping her build confidence through positive socialization and new experiences. As a Great Pyrenees, Rosa will thrive with a family committed to keeping up with her beautiful coat through regular brushing and grooming to keep her looking and feeling her best. Rosa is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $450.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Odin! Odin is a handsome 2.5-year-old Great Pyrenees weighing approximately 80 pounds. He came into our care as an owner surrender when his previous owner was no longer able to care for him. This sweet boy loves being close to his people and would thrive in a home where someone is around often to spend time with him. Odin would also love a securely fenced yard where he can explore, patrol, and enjoy the outdoors at his own pace. A quiet suburban or rural setting would be ideal - apartment living or a busy city environment would not be a good fit for him. Odin is hearing impaired, which means he can become startled and lash out if approached unexpectedly. Because of this, he will need a confident adopter who understands his needs and is willing to help him adjust safely as he learns his new home, routine, and family. An adult-only home with is required to ensure everyone, including Odin, is set up for success. He would do best in a quieter household without a lot of people coming and going, allowing him to feel secure and build trust with his family at his own pace. Odin has done well with other dogs while in our care and would enjoy having a canine companion. However, he could also be happy as the only dog in the home soaking up all of the love and attention. Odin is looking for a patient, understanding family who will appreciate his loyal nature and give him the stability he deserves. If you're looking for a devoted companion and have the right home for this special boy, Odin would love to meet you. Odin is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $400.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Magnolia! Magnolia is a 4-year-old, 72 lb Great Pyrenees who came to us from an overcrowded shelter. This beautiful girl has a gentle heart, a loyal spirit, and is ready to find her forever family! Magnolia is sweet, affectionate, and loves being with her people. She forms deep bonds with those she trusts and is looking for a family that will cherish her as much as she’ll cherish them. True to her breed, she’s calm, devoted, and happiest when she’s by the side of the people she loves. Magnolia arrived in our care extremely underweight and is currently working on gaining weight and getting back to a healthy size. She’s already showing improvement with proper care and nutrition, and we can’t wait to see her continue to thrive in a loving home. Magnolia walks well on leash and enjoys getting out for walks and exploring with her people. She would love a home that includes her in everyday adventures and lets her enjoy the outdoors. A home with a securely fenced yard where she can relax and roam would be a wonderful fit for this gentle giant. She has done well with other dogs and prefers slow introductions. Magnolia could do well with another compatible dog, or she would be just as happy soaking up all the love and attention as your one and only. Magnolia is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $450.

Benji and Elsa are a bonded pair of 7-month-olds eagerly awaiting their fresh start. They haven't had the easiest go of it and are hoping to find an experienced adopter where they can continue to gain confidence, learn about the world around them and truly blossom. When they are feeling comfortable with you, they are silly, playful, and their puppy personalities come out. Benji and Elsa have a good history with other dogs, but they haven't met cats before. Any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. Benji and Elsa are looking for a quiet, predictable home with just adults. They are not a fit for an apartment or condo and would love a securely fenced backyard. If you're ready to welcome home this dynamic duo, make an adoption appointment to learn about them today! *Benji and Elsa have a slightly longer adoption process than our typical dogs, and will need multiple meet and greets at our shelter before going home.

Story
Baylee is ready to travel to a community that will truly cherish her as a family member. She is currently in Oklahoma at our rescue. Because we want her transition to be as smooth as possible, we arrange direct-to-adopter transport to specific cities (listed below!). Adoptions are finalized in advance so that Baylee can hop off the transport and right into your waiting arms. We stand by our pups for life. In the rare event it isn't a perfect match, Baylee is never without a safety net; she will simply return to our care in Oklahoma on the next available transport until her perfect home is found. Meet Baylee! Age: 5 Months Weight: 35 lbs (Current weight as of July 19 Estimated adult weight: 6095 lbs) Breed Mix: DNA Verified! 51% Great Pyrenees, 33% Labrador Retriever, 5% Komondor, 3% Great Dane, & 3% Anatolian Shepherd Why We Love Baylee If you have a soft spot for gentle giants in the making, Baylee will melt your heart! With a wonderful DNA blend of giant, devoted, and loyal breeds, this sweet girl is going to mature into a stunning and devoted companion. Baylee is a very timid, shy soul who takes a little extra time to trust new surroundings. She isn't a bold, pushy puppy—she is a quiet, gentle girl who just needs a calm, patient, and loving home willing to go at her pace. Watching a shy dog bloom into a confident, loving companion is one of the most rewarding experiences in the world, and Baylee has so much love to give once she feels safe. One thing that helps her feel right at home is other pups! She absolutely adores other dogs, and having a confident canine brother or sister to show her the ropes would do wonders for helping her step out of her shell. She is young enough that she could be taught how to interact with cats and children. Since she's timid, if there are children in the home, we suggest older kids, maybe 5+. Home Manners & Training Baylee is already crate trained and appreciates having her secure, comfortable space to unwind. As she is still learning the puppy basics, she will need a family ready to guide her through house training and gently introduce her to leash walking. Her mix of noble guardian and working breeds means she is naturally intuitive, loyal, and smart. With steady routines, positive encouragement, and lots of reassurance, Baylee will learn that the world isn't so scary after all. Are you Baylee's perfect match? If you have a quiet, patient heart and room in your home for a big, soft-hearted pup who will reward your devotion tenfold, Baylee is waiting for you! Video of Baylee on July 7: https://youtube.com/shorts/Ovaw5Q8fHDA?is=DkfMxRl3G3-_YXSH Her adoption includes: Fully Vetted: Baylee is already spayed and up-to-date on all her essential vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPPx3, and Bordetella). Prevention: She has been dewormed and is kept on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Safety First: To ensure she is in tip-top shape for her new family, she will be microchipped and receive a fresh fecal exam and a certified Health Certificate.
