Story
This is the third husky I’ve had, wonderful dog and amazing breed. He is a purebred dog from a line that has been bred since the 1950’s so he’s 100% husky. The issuei am having is my role has changed for work, and I am now required to travel 90% of the time. He’s not getting the attention, work, or love he needs and I don’t want to continue to have to board him, as he has anxiety when it’s too long. He loves people, dogs, kids, and just about everything except maybe small outdoor creatures. He’s all up to date on shots, heartworm, flea and tick prevention. When I’m able he gets 5 good walks a day, and tug and play time at home. He has attended some daycare to socialize and also socializes on walks. He’d be very good as himself or part of a pack.

Story
Meet Maxwell. This handsome boy came to the shelter as a stray in December. Sadly with no owner stepping up to reclaim him, we must do our best to find him a new home. So far we have seen that Maxwell is a very happy and energetic boy who lives to be around people and other pups. He still has a very puppy like attitude and would do well in a home with another dog who matches his energy, but can still teach him the ropes. Since he is a very energetic dog, small kids are not an option. We feel that he would knock them over while he was running through a house trying to burn off some energy. Maxwell would do great in a home who enjoys out door adventures. If you think Maxwell would be a great addition to your sled team or your hiking adventures, please reach out.

Story
Malibu here was picked up as a stray and no one has come forward to reclaim her. So, her past is a mystery to us. She is approximately 6 months old, knows basic commands and very food motivated. Malibu has a very outgoing personality and very playful. she walks nice on leash and takes correction well. we are unsure about other animals but as always, a meet and greet is required.

Story
`Looking for Husky Experience Only`Mateo came to us as an owner surrender after there were changes in the home that were out of his control. So, he is looking for a home with No Cats and no children under the age of 18, he also can be dog selective so we will have to see how it goes. Mateo needs someone who has time and patience to decompress and give him all the love and training so he can be the best he can be. If you have a yard, it will be required to be 6ft or more as he is known to take flight. so as always, a meet and greet is required.
