Due to worsening allergies in the home and an unavoidable change in work schedules, Lucky is looking for a foster (or forever) home where he can trade his crate for more "zoomie" time and companionship. 🌟 Personality & Temperament Lucky is the perfect blend of his breeds: independent, curious, and deeply affectionate. He is a "people dog" who has never shown aggression toward humans or other animals. Vocal & Communicative: In true Husky fashion, Lucky likes to talk! He may give a low growl when it’s time to go into his crate—not out of aggression, but as a "vocal protest" because he’d much rather stay out and play with you. Everyone’s Friend: Lucky is great with other dogs, we are unsure how he does with children and cats. Alert & Attentive: He takes his job as a doorbell notifier seriously and will bark at strangers or footsteps at the door, though household sounds like the vacuum don't phase him. A Little Storm-Shy: While he’s fine indoors during bad weather, loud environmental noises like thunderstorms or large garbage trucks can make him anxious while on walks. 🏡 Life at Home Lucky is a "good boy" when it comes to house manners. He is house-trained and is not destructive when left alone. Crate Profile: He is fully crate-trained and sleeps there comfortably at night (usually starting around 8:00 PM). He currently spends 6–8 hours in his crate during the workday, but he is looking for a home where he can have more freedom and activity. Energy Level: High! Lucky loves his fenced backyard and enjoys being active. He is manageable on a leash but is always ready for an adventure. Bear is a 2 1/2 year husky. He is pure white with blue eyes. We rescued him last year from a local shelter and he has thrived. Unfortunately my wife has major medical issues and I work too much. Bear needs more than we can provide. He loves being outdoors and will need a fenced yard. He knows all the basic commands but he is a husky and chooses when to listen!LOL He is chipped and up to date with all vaccines. He has gotten along with our cats and our young grandsons.

This beautiful boy came to DASH from one of our rescue partners in northern KY. He is a very sweet boy who loves people, dogs and even cats! He is currently in our DASH Prison Program where he is working on his basic commands. He is said to be crate trained, but can get vocal when he needs to be let out to potty. He also does well on a leash. He has not yet been kid tested, so proper introductions would be best. Marley is ready to find his forever home where he will become a cherished member of any family. This beautiful boy is a larger Pomsky mix Who is currently part of the DASH Foster to adopt program. He came to DASH very shy, not really knowing what love and trust were and because of this he needs people to gain his trust so he feels safe with them. Colt is hestitate meeting new people or being in new environment so he will need a patient adopter to work with him so that he feels safe and comfortable. He is currently in our DASH Prison Program, where he is working on is learning basic commands to be the best dog. Colt is crate trained, housetrained, and walks well on a leash. He interacts well with all dogs but due to his current foster placement he has not been introduced to children of any age or cats so proper introductio are needed for both. He is a little sensitive to lous noises and is something he is currently working on in the program. He is just a wonderful dog who would thrive with a pateint but active home where he can to continue his training and let him know he is safe as well as loved. This is a very difficult decision, but I'm looking for a loving, caring, and responsible home for my dog, Foxy. He is a sweet, affectionate dog who loves being around people, playing outside, and going on daily walks. Foxy is kid-friendly and has been raised around my 10-year-old stepson and my 16-month-old son since he was a puppy. He is fully potty trained and will let you know when he needs to go outside by sitting at the door, staring at you, or whining. Due to balancing two jobs and caring for my family, I can no longer give Foxy the time and attention he deserves. My only goal is to find him a family who will love him as much as we do.
