Freddy is a 3 year-old male Husky mix. Freddy came in with his brother Draco, but he is not good with other animals and will need to be the only animal in his home. He loves his toys, and his playful spirit will keep you entertained for hours! Freddy walks very well on a leash, and even better on a harness! He likes going on walks, but he will need to stop you a couple times because petting him is more important than anything else. Freddy is a very simple dog who knows what he wants in life, spray cheese, blankets, and a loving home. He isn't very photogenic, but we swear he is even cuter in person. If you don't believe us come check him out yourself! Dogs are available to meet before their adoption date. The Dog Shelter's adoption fee is $64 (cash or check). All dogs come with DHPP and Bordetella vaccines, microchipped, a current year dog license, and a certificate to be spayed or neutered (The Dog Shelter pays for it). If it is an owner surrender dog, more vaccine information may be provided. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 10AM-12:30PM and 1PM-4PM and Saturdays 10AM to 2PM. You must be present to adopt and have a current approved adoption application.

Draco is a 2 yr old Male Husky. He is very friendly. But does not do well with other animals. He was adopted and returned due to not being housebroken. Draco is probably one of the most affectionate dogs you will ever meet. He would need a home without other animals and would need training on the housebreaking and basic manners. Draco is the most affectionate boy there is, he will sit at your feet forever as long as you are rubbing his belly or rubbing his ears. He looks as if he is always smiling. Draco has 2 favorite squeaky pig toys that he likes to carry around. Come in and meet this handsome always smiling boy today. Dogs are available to meet before their adoption date. Rescued 4 years ago, Kyoshi is a sweet, expressive pup looking for a new family. Due to competing life priorities, her current owners heart-wrenchingly cannot give her the time and attention she truly deserves. Kyoshi is 100% house-trained with excellent manners, enjoying full free roam of the home. She dislikes the crate (and is vocal about it!), but she doesn't need one! The Details: Energy: Low-medium. Needs two 15–30 min walks daily, but a fenced yard to zoom in is her dream. Smart Cookie: Knows Sit, Stay, Paw, and Down. She automatically sits for treats/walks and has good leash manners. Other Pets: Wants to be your center of attention! Dog-selective, so she must be an only pet. Kids: Loves them (and dropped snacks!), but she's a clumsy "bull in a china shop" who might bump toddlers, so sturdy kids are best. Kyoshi is a loyal, clever soul ready to fill your home with love.
