Story
Say hello to Atlas! He is a 1.5 year old Husky mix who weighs about 59 pounds. Atlas is a handsome fellow, but he can be quite sensitive in nature. He arrived in our care after being tied to a tree abandoned, so he is still learning to trust new people and new places. Once he knows you, he is a sweet and snuggly boy who loves sticking close to his favorite people. He may not enjoy going on adventures with you or exploring outside of his comfort zone, but with his favorite people he is a total lovebug. Atlas seems to enjoy other dogs and thrives in an environment where he can have a canine companion to help build his confidence. We would strongly encourage a slow introduction between Atlas and any canine friends to ensure his success in the future. Due to his sensitivity, if there are kids in his forever home he would do best with kids ages 13 and older that can give him space while he`s becoming comfortable. If Atlas looks like the pup for you, stop in today to meet this handsome boy!

Story
Meet Chaos!Chaos is a handsome, 10-year-old Husky gentleman with a soulful gaze and a quiet, thoughtful nature. True to his name, he’s not actually chaotic at all—he’s more of a slow-burn kind of guy who prefers to take his time getting to know new people. Once he feels safe and comfortable, Chaos shows his sweet, loyal side and forms deep bonds with his people. As you can see in his adorable video, once he knows you he is a bouncy and playful boy who loves to make the most of playtime!Because Chaos can be sensitive, he’s looking for a calm, patient home that understands that trust takes time. If there are kids in the home, we’re asking that they be 16 years or older, as Chaos does best with teens who can respect his space and read his cues. When it comes to other dogs, Chaos is still figuring out appropriate play and social skills. He may do well with a laid-back, chill canine companion who won’t overwhelm him and can help show him the ropes. At this time, we’re unsure how Chaos would do with cats in the home.Chaos would thrive with someone who appreciates a quieter companion and is willing to let him move at his own pace. If you’re looking for a loyal friend and believe the best relationships are built on patience and trust, Chaos might just be your perfect match. Stop in at The Humane Society of Summit County today to meet him!

Story
Meet Rosie 2.0, the upgraded version of your new best friend! At 8 months old and approximately 35 pounds, Rosie is a stunning Siberian Husky with striking blue eyes that are sure to stop you in your tracks. True to her breed's social nature, she is the ultimate social butterfly—people-friendly, dog-friendly, and even cat-friendly, making her a seamless addition to almost any family. This smart girl is already ahead of the curve: she’s house-broken and doing great with her crate training. When she’s not showing off her manners, you’ll find her surrounded by her favorite toys. She has a huge heart for playtime and plenty of happy puppy energy. Because she loves to zoom and explore, Rosie is looking for a home with a fenced yard where she can safely play to her heart's content. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, playful, and well-adjusted companion, Rosie 2.0 is ready to download herself right into your life! Please fill out the application at www.cledogrescuecrew.com.

Story
Looking for a loving home for a wonderful dog. He would do best with an active person or family who can give him plenty of exercise and long walks. He loves to run and play, but off-leash he may get distracted and chase things like squirrels. He is energetic and friendly. He gets along with some dogs, especially female dogs. With cats he is too playful and active and will not leave them alone, so a home without cats would be best. He does well with children, but it would be better if they are not very small, because he is energetic and can accidentally knock them over while playing. He is smart, loves people, and would make a great companion for someone with an active lifestyle.

Story
He is such a sweet boy! I love him dearly but unfortunately he is not welcome at my apartment complex as new management doesn’t allow huskies so I have to rehome him. I also just don’t have the time for the amount of energy he has. I work 12 hour days and can’t bring him with me. Please take good care of my baby.
