Story
I went on my lunch break at work and she came up to me right away and was the sweetest puppy ever. Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to have more than two animals the home I’m renting. I have taken her to the vet to check for a chip, but no luck. I’ve posted on all Facebook sites and as many things as I could find about finding the owner with no luck. She’s a great dog and I just want to make sure she ends up in a good home. I’ll include anything that I’ve bought for her and additional support if anything is needed.

Story
Belka is a sweet year old husky-akito mix looking for her forever home. She is an active girl and needs a lot of attention and exercise. She's not fond of other pets but gets along with people just fine. She's still learning and needs some extra training, but she knows sit, stay, and shake. She is learning leave it and is crate trained. She would be a lively addition to any family.

Story
Meet Dundee! The playful, energetic, and lovable 1-year-5-month-old Husky mix! Dundee is a happy and active young pup who lives for running around and having fun. He loves playing with other dogs and is learning how to roughhouse like a champ. With plenty of energy to burn, he’s always up for adventure, but he also knows how to relax and stay calm, especially in his kennel. He’s growing fast and has outgrown his small puppy days—definitely no Jack Russell Terrier size anymore! Like most young pups, Dundee is still working on his chewing habits, but with the right guidance, he’s sure to shine.Dundee would be an amazing companion for an active family looking for a playful and loving pup to join their pack! Story
Meet Milo!Milo is a 45 pound, 7 year old Husky mix who will immediately steal your heart. He came to us from a shelter, where he was dropped off by his previous owner for developing glaucoma, which ultimately led to blindness. Milo’s disability doesn’t slow him down one bit! Most who come into contact with him don’t even notice he can’t see until it’s told to them. Calm-natured and gentle-mannered, this sweet boy makes friends easily with all humans. Milo is very well behaved, hardly ever barking and never engages in destructive behaviors. Milo will do just about anything for a good treat, and is very smart, making him easy to teach new tricks. He’ll be your loyal pal forever if given his favorites - peanut butter or beef marrow bones! Milo is low-energy, but does love to play with his human every now and again. Long walks and learning new tricks are among some of his favorite activities. Milo would do well in both a house or apartment building, as he is low-energy and rarely barks. He does love to spend time outdoors, so a fenced yard or balcony is a plus! Milo loves to be around his people, and enjoys all the snuggles he can get! However, Milo does just fine being left alone if needed and will happily greet you when you return. Milo is crate and house trained, and has not had an accident since being in our care. Though he is crate trained, his foster does not often crate him as he is calm and not destructive. Milo would need slow and proper introductions to other dogs in the home. He would need a friend who is low-medium energy and is patient with him, given his disability, which sometimes leads to him bumping into others/objects.Milo’s glaucoma requires daily eyedrops, which are necessary to prevent pain and disease progression. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Meet Daffodil!Daffodil is a sweet natured 20 month-old Husky mix with a wolf-like charm. She is house trained and crate trained, although in true husky fashion if she does not get enough exercise she will throw a little fit when she first goes to bed in the kennel. She loves to play with her foster sisters in the backyard. She is still learning all her manners and learning from the other dogs on how to be a dog and safe in a home. But, she will give you the sweetest kisses and all the love. She is high energy so an active family/person would be the best for her, along with another dog companion. She is also not an appropriate dog for apartment living. Daily walks help her with the routine. She is spayed and current with her vaccines. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
