Story
Hi, my name is Kodack!!!! 🐶 Im looking for a home with lots of space and someone who has plenty of energy and free time to spend with me. Id do great in a home with lots of kids to play with and keep me active. I can be a little antisocial and protective at first, but deep down Im very kind and loyal once I get to know you. My mom loves me so much, but she doesn't have enough room or time to give me what I need. Im hoping to find a family who can give me the space, attention, and love I deserve. 💙

Story
Max is an 18 month old young Huskador with very high activity he likes to run a lot play a lot loves to explore large areas but unfortunately a busy work schedule has prevented the time he’s required to invest in his growth and it’s getting very critical to the point where time is very scarce and there’s a chance euthanasia will be used it’s very sad news specially for a breed like him , unless he can find a suitable home where he can rome around happy to explore in his new home wherever, he’s a loving dog likes to be involved in a lot of things one thing he likes to chase a lot so supervision with smaller breeds is recommended , but again the time is really not available for a good while , Thank you for hearing his story out and hopefully he has the best outcome!

Story
"Meet Luna. Your one and only Luna is a beautiful 7 yo, 56 lbs, brilliant Siberian Husky/Husky mix who is looking for a new home in DFW, TX. Our rescue is helping the owner safely rehome her as soon as possible. She is a very people-oriented dog and would be great dog for someone with no other pets. She can be around other dogs in general settings, but in her private space she must be the only dog. The current owner has other dogs, which is why they are rehoming her. 'She is NOT an escape artist like most huskies. She is currently in a home with a low chain link fence and has not once tried to climb it. She loves to be loved on, especially belly rubs and bedtime snuggles. She loves, loves, loves riding in the car, and she is good on a leash. She has an adventurous spirit and can be a total couch potato. She is the perfect mix of both! She doesn't love the crate but will go in if told. However, she is not destructive if left out of the crate. Special needs: Luna has an auto-immune disorder that causes the skin on her nose to flare up, She is on two reasonably-priced daily pills that keep it under control. She takes the pills happily in a hot dog. Stats: Spayed Knows basic commands (great learner) Crate-trained, but looking for a home that does not require this. Leash-trained Potty-trained Current on vaccines Current on heartworm and flea prevention Heartworm Negative Last Dental (4/11/24) Questions? cowtownpets@gmail.com Adoption app: https://cowtownpets.org/online-adoption-app/ Adoption fee: $100

Some pets are in the Shelter and others in Foster homes. Please read the bio & email the address listed in the bio.   Additionally for CATS you  may email  JShelton@eulesstx.gov and for DOGS, email trinitygapclub@gmail.com       Meet Oso!    This handsome Husky mix is estimated to be between 2–3 years old and weighs in at a solid 75 pounds of love and loyalty. Heartworm negative and full of life, he’s taken everything in stride and still manages to flash a goofy grin through it all. Oso is incredibly dog-friendly—he loves pups big and small—and he hasn’t met a human he doesn’t want pets and attention from. He’s food-motivated (hello, training potential!) and has a sweet, silly personality that’s impossible not to love. He hasn’t quite figured out toys yet, but his playful spirit is just waiting to shine. We’re still learning how he does with cats, so stay tuned for updates! If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion with a big heart and an even bigger personality, Oso might just be your perfect match.  He is fully vetted and ready for his new home.  He is kennel and potty trained.  For more information, please email steffeniegaprescue@gmail.comJuly 10, 2025, 2:41 pm

Timber is a handsome 2-year-old Husky/Shepherd mix with both the brains and the beauty to turn heads wherever he goes. This stunning boy has a friendly, fun-loving personality and is ready to find a family who has the time and love he deserves. Timber is potty trained and very smart — he’s eager to learn and would thrive with continued guidance and positive reinforcement. We’re not sure yet how he feels about a kennel, but he’s shown himself to be adaptable and willing. He enjoys playing with toys and would love an active home where he can stretch his legs and engage his clever mind. He appears to do well with other dogs, though a meet-and-greet is always recommended. His history with cats is currently unknown. Timber was surrendered to the shelter when his previous owner didn’t have the time to work with him, so he’s hoping for a committed family ready to give him the TLC and structure he needs. He is a great size at 36 pounds and completely vetted.   If you’re looking for a loyal, intelligent, and very beautiful companion to share adventures and couch cuddles, Timber may just be your perfect match. Come meet this special boy and see if he’s the missing piece to your family! Please email steffeniegaprescue@gmail.comFebruary 12, 2026, 8:46 pm

Story
I am rehoming this sweet girl due to a baby on the way and I cannot give her the attention she needs. Her name is Stella and she is an American Akita (possibly mixed). Shes energetic, playful, curious, extroverted, but very sweet. She gets a long with our 2 house cats. Loves smaller dogs more than big dogs. She'll be 3 years old on February 11th. She is NOT spayed. She is potty trained and great on a leash. Has a micro chip and all of her shots (documented). I really love her and wish I could handle a baby and a dog but unfortunately in my situation, I cannot. She deserves better. She needs a loving family who can give her the attention she needs.
