Meet Kaneki, a sweet 7-year-old husky looking for his next loving home. I've had him since he was a puppy, and he's been a wonderful companion. He's well trained, neutered, and fully up to date on his shots.Kaneki gets along great with other animals and kids. He loves getting pets, he's very food motivated, and he'll happily play tug of war for as long as you'll let him. He's affectionate, playful, loyal, and gentle.Kaneki has started barking a lot when he's left home alone due to me starting work longer hours, and despite consistent training it hasn't improved. I am at the risk of getting evicted due to the complaints, he'd do best in a house rather than an apartment, ideally with someone who's home often or another dog to keep him company.This was a really hard decision. I'm not rehoming him because he's a bad dog; he's a great one who just needs the right setup. I'm hoping to find someone who will love him as much as I do.

Meet Erin! 🐾❤️ Erin is an approximately 3-year-old Husky mix with the sweetest, most playful personality. She was rescued from a shelter alongside her five puppies, and now that her mom duties are behind her, she’s ready to find a loving forever home of her own. Erin absolutely loves people and does wonderfully with children and other dogs. She’s a total cuddle bug who enjoys snuggling up with her people, going for walks, and playing with her favorite toys. Erin may be 3 years old, but she’s still very much a puppy at heart, so she’ll need some supervision and plenty of sturdy chew toys. She’ll also need a very secure backyard with fencing at least 6 feet high—Huskies are known for being talented escape artists! Erin is kennel trained, leash trained, and potty trained, making her a wonderful companion for an active family. Erin has so much love to give and deserves a family who will give her the safe, happy, forever home she’s been waiting for. ❤️ Erin has heartworms because she was not kept on heartworm prevention. Humane Tomorrow will pay for her treatment by our partner vet, and the treatments are very successful. Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.
