Story
Jack Jack was adopted from barcs rescue at 2 months old and has just turned a year old. He is a very active and playful dog, however he can be very reactive and tends to nip as well. He is not formally trained, therefore he needs a new home with a family/ person who is experienced with dogs who are reactive and nips. He also needs a home where he can be interacted with and able to let his energy out (he tends to be very cool calm and collected after an appropriate length play session/running session ). Overall, I really would love for him to be with a family or person who has genuine love for animals but are able to manage having a dog who can be reactive and nippy. With some training and some tlc, I believe Jack Jack could be a great addition.

This animal is a Courtesy Post. We are working with the owner to rehome Frankie & Nori. These 2 must be adopted TOGETHER!The owner would like for you to still submit an application with us to adopt Frankie & Nori. The Furry Paws Foster Inn cannot guarantee the vetting that the owner has done for Frankie & Nori and it would be up to the new adopter to obtain these records from the current owner.Below you will find the bio for Frankie & Nori by the owner:Frankie is a very loving, caring, and nosy pup! He will eat absolutely anything, and sleeps 90% of the time. He LOVES playing with his bff Nori (his brother, a jack russell mix.) he’s completely house trained and will let you know when he needs to use the bathroom as he stands by the door. He does destroy his toys, so I suggest rope or hard bones!Nori is the most loyal, sweetest boy. It genuinely breaks my heart to rehome him. He listens well and always wants attention and pets. He loves being pet, but most of all LOVES tennis balls that squeak, please buy him some. He loves naps with his brother (frankie, a boston terrier also up for adoption with him.)Nori is skiddish of loud noises especially when things are dropped. These 2 must be adopted TOGETHER!Owner notes both animals are fixed and current on Rabies & Bordetella.

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 💄🐾 Meet Milani – The Glam Girl of Puppyhood! 🐾💄 12 weeks old • Future Superstar • Current Professional Goofball Introducing Milani — a pocket-sized fashion icon with eyeliner so flawless it looks professionally applied! With her perfectly outlined eyes and adorable speckled nose, she’s clearly rocking that name-brand Milani makeup look… the kind known for 24-hour stay-on power. This little lady wakes up camera-ready and stays that way all day long. But don’t let her runway-ready face fool you — underneath that glamorous exterior is a typical happy, silly, wiggly puppy who takes her job of causing adorable chaos VERY seriously. Her daily schedule includes: • Maximum puppy shenanigans • Butt wiggles that could power a small city • Surprise zoomies at highly inconvenient times • Slobbery kisses • Random toy explosions • Falling asleep in the cutest positions imaginable She’s wonderful with other dogs and kids and, at her young age, should do great with cats too with proper introductions. Basically, she’s a social little butterfly wrapped in a fluffy puppy body. Now, a quick public service announcement: Milani does come equipped with standard puppy features — sharp little teeth and nails. They are very effective. Luckily, they are also TEMPORARY and will improve with training and maturity! Milani is at the perfect age to learn all the important things — manners, routines, and how to grow into an amazing adult dog. Right now she’s just focused on mastering the essentials like “how many toys can fit in my mouth at once?” and “is this a chew toy or a shoe?” Future Size & Breed Guess (based on those adorable photos!): - Looking at her sweet face, compact body, and speckled coat, Milani appears to have some Jack Russell Terrier-type mix vibes going on. - Based on her current age and size, she’s guesstimated to be at the top end of the small-sized adult dog category, probably landing in the 20-25ish pound range when fully grown. In other words — the PERFECT adventure size: big enough for hikes and fun, small enough to still fit on your lap when she decides she’s a baby again. If you’re ready for a lifetime of laughter, love, and puppy kisses (plus a little bit of mischief), Milani is ready to strut right into your heart. ✨ Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Milani bring her glam, giggles, and puppy sparkle to your home! ✨

Story
Introducing Turbo! I’ve had Turbo since June 2021. He is an excellent companion - extremely friendly and great with both children/babies, cats, and other dogs. Turbo loves going on long walks and taking car rides, and he is a very loyal pet who will stick by your side. Unfortunately, I no longer feel I have the time to give him all the love he needs and would prefer to find him a loving home vs taking him to the shelter. If you can provide a loving home for this friendly, active dog, I would be thrilled for Turbo to join your family. The rehoming fee includes his medical records (has all shots & Rabies shot good until May 2028), crate, bowls, leash, treats/toys that he likes and all of his outfits. Please let me know if you have any other questions about his temperament and needs, but he’s a kind loving dog that doesn’t give me any problems.

Story
Bougie Gal!MEET PARIS!  Ms. Paris likes to stay in the Hilton brand when she’s traveling because she loves the finer things in life. Ha! But seriously, she is a fun little dog who enjoys being in loving homes after having served her time in a shelter waiting to be adopted. Once ‘home’, she started being a dog. One that likes to do all the doggy things; like bark out the window, sleep on the couch, pull her owner around the block on walks, and eat all the yummy treats. Unfortunately, her new owner hadn’t had a younger dog in a while (she’s 6 years old) and didn’t account for the energy that a younger dog brings into a home. While not destructive, Paris was too much for her senior owner.  Now in her Tara’s House foster home, Paris is awaiting her furever family. She is still that happy girl who has a zest for life and her energy isn’t any more than average. Her foster mom reports that she is wonderful. (There are no other dogs in the home, but Paris lived with a senior cat at her adoptive home and was fine with it.) Outside the home; she is more high-strung because she didn’t have the strong leadership that her insecurities required. She also had been living the high life a little too long and needs to shed a few pounds. She currently weighs in at 24lbs, but don’t let her know we told you!  To that end, our wonderful partners at Ridgeside K9 Central MD will take Paris for their board and train program. There she will learn consistency and obedience, and will have all the foundations needed for future success. Paris’ future adopters will have a fabulously trained dog and will receive guidance on how to continue her on her learning path. Paris’ adoption donation fee is $400, which includes spay/neuter, routine vetting and a microchip. You can apply for her by filling out our online application, which is found on our website www.tarashouse.org.  Please email us at info@tarashouse.net with any questions.January 12, 2026, 7:17 pm

Story
Meet Jack-Jack 🐾 5-year-old | Male | Jack Russell Terrier Mix Hey there! My name is Jack-Jack, and I’m a friendly, sweet little guy with a thoughtful soul. I may be a Jack Russell mix, but don’t worry — I’m not the hyper type. I’m more of a calm, observant companion who likes to take life at a steady pace. I can be a little timid at first, but that’s just because I like to get to know you before diving in for cuddles. Once I trust you, you’ll see just how loving and loyal I am. I’m super smart, listen well, and always seem to know what’s going on around me — you could say I have excellent situational awareness! I do well with other dogs, am quiet and respectful in my crate, and would love a home that enjoys peaceful daily walks and easygoing days. I’m alert without being reactive, affectionate without being overwhelming, and calm without being boring. If you’re looking for a gentle, intelligent companion who will be by your side and in the know, Jack-Jack might be your perfect match. 💙 Hatton Animal Rescue spends significantly more on each dog than the adoption fee covers; please consider making a tax-deductible donation by visiting us at https://www.hattonanimalrescue.org/sponsor. Donations help us offset vetting, boarding costs, and additional medical treatments for dogs who need it. For more information on Hatton Animal Rescue, visit our website at: hattonanimalrescue.org.

Story
If you’ve ever dreamed of adopting a bat-dog hybrid who runs on unlimited energy and pure joy, your dreams just came true. Missy is a 22lb, 4-year-old Rat Terrier mix who looks like a bat in disguise (seriously—check out those ears!) with the sweetest brown eyebrows and muzzle freckles you’ll ever see.Missy is a professional zoomie champion who believes exercise is a lifestyle, not a hobby. One walk? Great. Two walks? Better. Three? LET’S GO.This silly girl is smart as a whip and eager to please. She knows her commands, sits patiently at the door like a little lady until you say “okay, let’s go!” and beams with pride whenever she hears the magic words “good girl.” The only thing she loves more than hearing that? Attention. Any kind. From anyone. Always.Missy is perfectly house-trained, sleeps like an angel once she’s in her crate (bonus points if she gets a blanket to burrow in), and is working hard on her leash manners. She’s very enthusiastic about dogs, cats, squirrels, and, well, life in general—sometimes too enthusiastic—so she’ll do best in a home that can match her zest with consistent training, playtime, and lots of patience. Her dislikes? Being ignored, crate time, and small woodland critters who dare to exist. If you’re looking for a sweet, silly, high-energy best friend who will keep you laughing (and moving!) every single day, Missy is your girl.If you’d like to take this pupper home, please fill out an adoption application at this link – https://animalalliesrescue.org/dog-application. The adoption fee is $300 and covers all expenses needed to prepare dogs like this one for their forever homes. By the time you meet them, they’ve already been spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate) and microchipped. They’ve been checked by a veterinarian and are up to date on necessary vaccinations, including Rabies and DHLPP. They have also been tested for heartworm and tick-borne diseases and have started heartworm and flea preventative medication. Some of our dogs have even undergone extensive medical care to ensure they’re ready for a happy, healthy life with you!
