Name: Tina Best Guess for Breed: Jack Russell terrier and Chihuahua mix Best Guess for Age: 1 year as of April 2025 SEX: Female Approximate Weight: 15 Pounds Gets Along With: Tina does well with other dogs! Because she is shy, Tina also needs to go to a home with a welcoming resident dog to teach her the world isn't so scary. We haven't seen her with kids or cats, but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: DC area; Tina needs a forever home! Special adoption considerations: Because Tina is shy, she needs to go to a home with a confident, welcoming resident dog who will show her the ropes. Tina is Looking For: Her forever home! This sweet girl is eager to have her own humans for long sniffy walks, romps, and all the adventures they can dream up! To get there, she needs extra loving and patient humans who understand she hasn't seen enough of the world and needs support to become comfortable in new places. A welcoming resident dog will show her how to dog too! Tina's got so many adoring gazes and little tail wags, so much loyalty and love in her for her new humans. What do you say? Almost perfect with house training and a total bundle of joy. She gets along with other dogs and kids. She can be shy or hesitant initially, but it does not take long for her to open up and share her joyous personality. She loves to race after sticks and chew on them. Loves her chew toys and bones. Definitely a bit of a hunter and she takes interest in birds and squirrels. She is very loving and cuddly when I am working from home, reading or watching tv. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
