Story
We are sadly looking for a wonderful forever home for our two second-generation Labradoodles, Scout and Sweet Tea. They are brother and sister from the same litter and are both almost 7 years old (born around June 2019). We’ve had them since they were 8 weeks old, and they have been amazing, loving companions. About them: • Both are fixed (spayed/neutered) • Sweet Tea is a sweet, gentle girl who loves affection and attention • Scout is a good boy but can be reactive around other dogs — they will need to be the only dogs in their new home • They do great with children and would be a great fit for a family with kids (we currently have a newborn and a toddler) • They are house-trained, friendly, and enjoy daily walks and playtime After the arrival of our newborn and toddler, we no longer have the time and energy to give Scout and Sweet Tea the attention, exercise, and affection they truly deserve. This has been a very difficult decision for our family, but we want to find them a home

Story
*PLEASE NOTE: The first step in the process is to complete an adoption application on our website roversretreat.org * Drake is loving life in his foster home, but now it’s time for him to find his furever family… We rescued Drake back in 2020. He is a 7 year old pup now and we guess he is a labradoodle mix. He was adopted a few years ago but recently, instead of contacting us to surrender the Drake back to us when they were unable to keep him, the adopter brought him to the shelter. Not only did they bring him to the shelter, they told the shelter to EUTHANIZE HIM!! Why? Because he is reactive/ doesn’t get along with small dogs, something they knew when they adopted him. Thankfully we were notified and able to get him back into our care quickly. He has been doing so well in foster and deserves to finally find the right people. Drake is a big boy (100+ pounds, but does need to lose some weight) and loves cuddles. He greatly enjoys long walks and car rides. He is super smart and food motivated. Drake is a go with the flow dude who just wants people to love. He would be best as the only animal in the home and with people committed to managing his reactivity. He is very easy to redirect with treats and will thrive with the right people. Drake is currently being fostered in Santa Monica, California area but can be adopted anywhere as long as you can come to SoCal and drive home. *PLEASE NOTE: The first step in the process is to complete an adoption application on our website roversretreat.org . Drake's adoption fee is $400*

Story
Limon’s past was a scary one—he was found darting through traffic in a busy neighborhood, his coat filthy and neglected. It’s clear he had been on his own for far too long. Thankfully, those days are behind him, and Limon is now safe and ready for a fresh start. This handsome 2-year-old, 18 lb Poodle mix is a sweet soul who just wants to be loved. He’s friendly with both people and other dogs, and he’s already showing nice manners around the home. Limon would love nothing more than to soak up the comfort of being cared for on the daily. He’s happiest lounging on the couch getting pets and snuggles. After everything he’s been through, Limon is ready for a forever home where he can finally feel safe, cherished, and part of a family. He’s truly getting the second chance he deserves. Limon's adoption fee is $500 and includes his neuter, microchip, vaccines/deworming/flea treatment current. Apply at www.lovebugsrescue.org

Story
We have 5 AMAZING babies left! 2 girls & 3 boys available. They are currently 8 weeks old. These babies are such loves, and love to be snuggled and held, and played with. Of course they are puppies and love their toys and are doing well with potty training on pads vs where they sleep. We are also looking to rehome mama that we rescued from being dumped about 12 weeks ago, hence why we have a litter of cuteness. There are currently six puppies available and we are asking for $100 rehoming fee. They are up to date on deworming and vaccines and are good to go to new homes. Mama appears to be a Shepherd and we are unknown on breed of dad, but appears to be lab or Shepherd mix. To see mama look up listing for "Masha" and you can see how beautiful she is. Or simply message and I can provide more pictures.

These pups are in Lake Forest, California too!

Tess was born on the streets of Tijuana and she was the only survivor from her litter. Despite her rough start, Tess has grown into a bright, playful, and resilient pup. She’s smart, full of personality, and always ready for an adventure.Tess thrives around other dogs and would do great in a home with a canine companion to play with. She’s high-energy and loves running around, going for walks, and exploring new places. She’s knows basic commands and is food-motivated, which makes training easier.Tess does well in a routine and would benefit from an active household that can give her the structure, playtime, and affection she craves. She’s still young and learning, so a home that’s patient and consistent will help her continue to blossom. With the right people by her side, Tess has all the potential to be a loyal, loving, and fun family member.March 7, 2026, 3:29 pm
