Story
Meet Jerry — the Sweetest Little Braveheart! At just 4 months old, Jerry is learning that the big world isn’t such a scary place after all. With every gentle touch and kind word, his confidence grows — and his tail wags a little faster! This super-duper sweet pup is looking for a family that’s empathetic, compassionate, and full of love — the kind of people who will show him patience as he continues to discover how wonderful life can be. If you’ve got an open heart and room for one adorable, tender-hearted puppy, Jerry’s ready to melt your soul.  We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support. November 6, 2025, 6:52 am

Timmy is a big, goofy pup with an even bigger heart! This growing boy is full of playful energy, tail wags, and puppy kisses. He’s still learning his manners and would love a family ready to guide him as he grows into his paws. With love, training, and plenty of playtime, Timmy will make an amazing lifelong companion! We do not have a facility for you to visit. Story
This 9-week-old cutie is ready to start their happily-ever-after! With big paws, soft ears, and a heart full of love, this puppy is as sweet as they come. We’re guessing this adorable bundle might be a Lab/Shepherd mix, but whatever the breed, they’re 100% pure love! Playful, curious, and full of wiggles, this little one is learning all about the world — and can’t wait to find a family to share it with. They’re looking for a forever home where they can grow, learn, and live the very best puppy life. A home full of love, patience, toys, and belly rubs would be a dream come true! Story
Looking to rehome this dog. It was ours son’s dog and he moved away. He is friendly with other dogs but our dogs can not tolerate him. Our dogs are small and don’t care for large dogs. We also have parrots and he is not a good combination with them. He is house trained and fixed. Just needs a good home. Approx 7 years old. Dog is also trained to sleep in a crate at night
