Awesome dog! Very goofy, high energy, good with other dogs and cats. We just had a baby and are nervous because bear shows food aggression with animals when feeding. Other than that he is amazing. I believe he is 8 years old, has papers, pure bread. Loves playing

Story
Olive is an affectionate girl that loves attention. Her love language is physical touch, and she will often greet people by flopping on her back for a belly rub. Olive loves to be outside and is happy laying in the garden and keeping an eye on the yard. She loves to chase tennis balls and to cuddle with stuffy toys or her humans. Olive does really well with routine. She has good house manners and is house-trained and has never had an accident in the house! She is crate trained and will often put herself to bed when she knows it’s time. She knows basic commands and has been working on reactivity training. Olive would thrive in a home where she is the only pet. Despite her love for people, Olive does not like to be near other animals; she has been in a loving home but does not get along with the other pets in the house. It is for this heartbreaking reason that she is in need of a new home where she can be a solo pet. She is a sweet and loving girl and would make a great companion.

Story
Meet this sweet 5 month old Lab mix with the softest eyes and the gentlest heart. She’s a super shy girl who is still learning that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. With patience, structure, and lots of love, she truly begins to blossom. She thrives with positive reinforcement and kind guidance, gaining confidence a little more each day. Once she feels comfortable, her tender, affectionate personality shines through, and there’s nothing more special than earning her trust. This special girl is looking for a home that will move at her pace, celebrate her small victories, and show her that she’s safe and loved. In the right home, she’s sure to grow into a loyal, devoted companion who will love you with her whole heart. We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support. February 11, 2026, 1:30 pm

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
At just 10 weeks old , this large-breed pup is everything you’d expect from a growing baby dog—playful, curious, a little goofy, and full of potential. They’re still learning how the world works, so training, consistency, and patience will be key as they grow into a well-mannered adult.   Like most puppies, they’ll need help with basics like house training, leash skills, and manners, plus plenty of positive reinforcement, structure, and socialization. In return, you’ll get a loyal companion who will grow alongside you and be devoted for life.   This pup is looking for a family ready to commit to training, exercise, and lots of love—not just now, but for the many years ahead. If you’re ready for puppy energy, big-dog cuddles, and the joy of watching a dog grow into their best self, this sweet baby could be your perfect match.  We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs.
