Theresa Spayed female Lab mix, dob 10/25/22, altered, vaccinated, dewormed, heartworm negative and on prevention, chipped Take a look at the 2022 National Football Championship litter! Aren’t they adorable! Congrats to the Georgia Bulldogs. UGA fans please help us get these babies adopted into great homes. Theresa and her siblings are precious lab mix puppies. They love playing with other dogs, are doing great with potty training, and are excellent at keeping their kennel clean. These puppies are very sociable and love attention. Lap time is their favorite time except for eating time. They are food motivated which makes for easy training. Their coats are a gorgeous black and so soft. The color is somewhat drowned out in some of the photos. These puppies are ready for adventures, snuggles, and a family of their own. Thank you for your interest in a Save a Stray pet. The first step is to complete an adoption application. https://www.saveastray.org/forms/form?formid=3635 Once the application is approved, a FaceTime will be set up for a virtual meet and greet. Since we are located in Mobile, AL, this will give you the opportunity to see the pet interact with other dogs, people, and see a bit of their personality. Transports leave every week alternating between the NE and the Great Lakes. We use only the best and most animal-friendly transport on the road; Rescue Riders Pet Transport.

Story
Hey all, I'm Lil Mac! I absolutely love to run, jump, chew, lick and just play all the time! I'm not shy at all and will come running up to you and let you know I'm ready to be petted! Because I came to the Shelter when I was a baby, I need help with training (house, leash and crate). But because I'm so clever it won't take any time at all to get me used to living with you in our new fur-ever home. My ONLY flaw is that I don't do well on car rides, I shouldn't eat before a long ride because It won't stay down long. Other than that, you'll be amazed at what a good boy I am! We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. They would love to bring Lil Mac to his forever home. Please adopt.

Story
Ziggy was a stray who was found looking for food on the side of the road. He was eating carnage, and he was very undernourished. He had an owner, we found out, that had not been taking proper care of him. Ziggy is house trained, knows how to use a doggy door, and is very good with other dogs, people, and children. Ziggy is very “chill.” He is shy at first until he warms up, and then he is super sweet. He is very laid back. We think that he is perfect in every way! Ziggy was in foster care, but now he is being boarded. He wants a forever home so badly! Ziggy had heartworms and completed his heartworm treatment on October 6, 2023. We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport.

Story
🏡FOREVER HOME NEEDED BY FEBRUARY 1st! “👋Hi! My name is Clue. My friends call me Blues Clues. Can you guess why? Because I’m a smart guy who loves to learn new tricks with positive reinforcement training, of course! 🧠 🩺I am a 3.5 year old, mixed breed, neutered male dog. I am up-to-date on all my vaccines, HW-, and microchipped! 🐶Now that that’s out of the way, I’d love to tell you a bit about myself. People love me for my soft, velvety fur, husky eyes, and fat head … but I’m more than my good looks and charm! 😉 I am a smart, goofy, and shy boy who’s looking for my forever human. Here are some things that I love: 🦴I LOVE to train! Almost as much as I love to lounge in sun ☀️ and go for strolls in the woods 🌲. I am so smart that I know my colors! Dogs can see yellow, green, and blue, and I’ll tell you which is which! 💛💙💚 I know so many fun tricks, I am house trained, I am comfortable when left alone, I do well in the car, and I even tolerate a bath 🛁 for some peanut butter. Have I said how much I love peanut butter? And spray cheese. And hot dogs. And lunch meat. I’m a big foodie. 🧀 Before I came to my foster home, I thought the world was a very scary place. Now I’m learning more and more that people and dogs are great! I’d love to make friends with both people and dogs, but it does take me some time. Once you’re in, you’re in! And I’ll be your bestest friend for life! I am worth meeting a couple of times to get to that place, I promise. My new owner will have the most amazing time watching me blossom and come out of my shell as my confidence builds. In no time, you’ll see my “goofy clue” - the loose body, playful, sweet, and funny dog those who love me know me to be. I’ll play with my toys, toss around my bone, and roll around in the grass in the sun. I’ll be worth your while, I promise! If I sound like a good match for you, have your people call my people … we can chat over cookies and bowl of water. *disclaimer: I snore like a fog horn. 😴 Upside down, and all in your business. Are you ready for some Clue cuddles?!” . . ADOPTION INQUIRIES: Please email my foster mama or send her a text to set up a meet and greet! matlockkj@gmail.com/248-535-8832 ✅Fully-vetted 📚Comes with free training sessions to keep me on the up-and-up! 💰Adoption fee is SPONSORED! That’s right - free of charge. You just supply the love.

We also ask our applicants to assume that any animal they adopt from us will need to be potty-trained and learn house manners, although this is not always the case. In most cases, the listed breeds are also a best guess. Our online animal bios are designed to provide as much information as possible and answer some anticipated questions. We do not have the resources to respond to emails with more specific questions. We are receiving an unusually high number of applications at this time!
