Story
Sadie Mae is a beautiful girl who loves to snuggle with her humans, go for walks and play in the yard. She would be a great dog for the right human - one who can walk her, has a nice yard to play in and the time to play with her. But, she does not do well with other dogs, nor cats or other small animals. So, being an only child with boundaries where she can safely expend her energy would be the ideal spot for her. She is house and kennel trained but needs all of her shots and she needs spayed - all of those thing would be included in her $300 adoption donation. If you are interested in meeting her please fill out an application and once approved you would be able to meet her and see if she's the dog for you.If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.May 16, 2025, 3:09 pm

Story
Koda is around 6-7months old. She weighs 25 lbs. but will get up to 50-60, I assume, since she’s a shepherd/lab mix. She’s current on vaccines. Rabies, too. She was adopted from the Oregon Humane Society. She is now being rehomed because she’s left alone for a large part of the day. No one has time to train her and she’s jumping on the kids. She’s a puppy but who could have seen any of this coming? Koda needs to find her furever home. Urgently. With people who have the time to spend with her that she requires. Also someone who understands what to expect from puppies and goes into the responsibility with a clear head. Someone who understands all of the needs of a dog and can handle the responsibilities of being a dog owner. Someone who will not abandon her when she becomes inconvenient. If this sounds like you and you’d like to give Koda her forever home, please fill out an application at sccpets.com. If approved,we’ll put you in touch with the owner so you can meet her. The cost of her spay is included in her adoption fee of $300. She’s a sweet dog that I’m sure was adopted with the best of intentions. Reality quickly intruded upon those intentions. As it does sometimes. It’s not her fault. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.June 11, 2025, 4:53 pm

Story
Abby is a sweet dog, she just needs more one on one time she was my daughter‘s dog and my daughter moved and we ended up having to keep her. She can be a little extra shy around men and will chase small animals like chickens, bunnies, and cats. She does well with other dogs and will do well with some great training. She is five years old our old dog. crossing the rainbow bridge and we don’t want her to be lonely after our other dog goes. As I said she’s great. She just needs someone on one hands-on work.

Story
Annie is 4 Years Old. She is vaccinated (however, is due for Rabies). Annie is good natured, but could use some training. In her enthusiasm, she wants to jump and lick. She has always lived with another Lab on expansive properties, so is not used to being on a leash. She has recently developed a behavior of humping the other dog. Both dogs are female and fixed. We believe this may be based on a compulsion to assert dominance, in response to anxiousness over an environment that has turned chaotic. Annie was originally house-trained, however, is now “going” in the house. We believe this is related to inconsistently letting the dogs go outside. Annie is in need of a Dog Whisperer, who can insightfully provide her with structure, consistency and training. She’s actually a great dog! She deserves someone who can help her live her best life!

Story
Great news! My adoption fee has been paid by someone who loves me and wants me to find a great home. Here's what you need to know about me:I'm not on the general adoption floor. You might not see me when you come to visit. So please speak to an adoption counselor if you'd like to meet me.I'm easy going. Wanna go for a walk? Okay. Hang out in the yard? No problem. Just relax on the couch? I can do that. I'm pretty happy to go at your pace and I don't really need much more than most dogs do. If you're looking for a steady companion, I'm all yours.I can be nervous meeting new people. It just takes me a little while to get comfortable. But once I get to know you, I'm very loving. It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along. Primary Color: Black Weight: 70 Age: 5yrs 9mths 2wks
