Meet Luna ❤️ Luna is a sweet, affectionate 4-year-old who loves people, car rides, and spending time with her humans. She is crate trained, E-collar trained, and knows commands including sit, stay, crate, bed, and “go-ahead” at feeding time. Luna would do best as the only pet in the home. While she has lived with another dog, she has shown resource guarding behaviors involving food and toys and can have unpredictable reactions with other dogs. She is also not a good fit for homes with cats or small animals. We have spayed her and have her on trazodone in hopes to curve any anxiety or hormone related triggers attributed to this behavior, but unfortunately no luck. She does well with adults and older kids. She can be a little difficult on leash at times but does better during calmer hours like mornings or evenings. This is an incredibly hard decision, and my priority is finding Luna a safe, loving, experienced home where she can thrive. Please reach out with any questions.

HI - I'M JOHNNY, a 10-year-old pit/lab mix waiting for a foster or forever home. I'm super cute with my red & white coloring and my speckled ears! My ideal adopter is a single person who wants a companion, a pal for hanging out, walks, hikes, watching TV, car rides, napping. I love to play fetch, and I listen to basic commands. I tend to bond to one person who will be my soulmate, so couples may not be the best for me because I don't want to share the person I bond with and love. I love scratches and affection! I get bored if left alone too long, so best not to leave me out in the backyard for hours. I'm still quite agile and have been known to jump over a fence in my younger days. I'm not all that trustworthy around other dogs, especially male dogs, so it's best if I'm the only dog in the home. I'm still in good health and I'm basically looking for my forever companion to go for walks or hikes or simply watch TV and snuggle. I weigh about 70 lbs. Can you foster or adopt me? So now I'm safe, but I'm still a bit shy/timid in my new surroundings. I really need a home with a soft bed and a person or people to love me and be patient, while I get adjusted to being loved. I may take just a little bit to come out of my shell, as I'm nervous in new situations, but I deserve a wonderful home for once in my life. I'm 8 years old now, but in good health. Mookie is a very sweet and loving Golden Pyrenees who has been part of our family since he was 8 weeks old. He’s an affectionate dog with a big personality and would thrive in a home that can give him plenty of space, exercise, and attention.Mookie does well with most other confident dogs. He does have some resource guarding around food, so he should be fed separately from other pets and kids. He is an active dog and would be happiest with a family that has a large, securely fenced yard and can provide him with regular exercise and outdoor time. An ideal family for Mookie would be one with kids above the age of 6. We care about Mookie very much and are looking for a home where he’ll have the space, activity, and attention he needs to be happy. With a 2-year-old and another one on the way, we just feel we don't have the bandwidth to give him everything he needs.
