Story
Labrador Retriever Mix 4 years old Female 50 pounds Kids · Yes Dogs · Yes Cats · Dog-savvy cats You have been good, right? You deserve a little treat, right? How about a sweet little sugar love snack that will pad your heart and not your midsection? I may know a lovely lady that wants to be your dessert—me, Godiva! I am sweet, playful, and affectionate. You’re sure to melt for me like warm hot fudge in no time! I will adore the attention that sturdy children have to offer, and I enjoy hanging out with all the other doggies here, and have fun playing with dog-savvy cats. I have been receiving some crate training lessons here, and I think I got a pretty good understanding of what it’s all about! I also know all kinds of basic commands. Come get a taste of this sweet treat, cuz I am fresh out of the love oven and piping hot! My adoption fee is $220 and includes spay, microchip & registration, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Labrador Retriever Mix 5 months old Female 25 pounds Kids · Yes Dogs · Yes Cats · Yes Did you say you wanted cute? I didn’t quite hear you. But that is what I am bringing in full force! I came to bring my A game, with an all-out assault of adorableness! You can’t even blink, right? My cuteness is too much to handle! Can you imagine being able to wake up every morning and gaze upon this face! You might have to call in sick and stay home to bask in the delightfulness. But don’t let my sheer cuteness make you lose focus on the dedication and responsibility having a puppy like me will entail. It will take a lot of work to make me the best dog I can be. I know a bit about crate training already, and I have loads of fun playing with other dogs, kitty cats and kids too! I’ll do my part to listen to everything else you want to teach me—you just have to fill in the gaps! My adoption fee is $400 and includes microchip & registration, spay, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Labrador Retriever + Border Collie Mix 1 year old Male 50 pounds Kids · Yes Dogs · Yes Cats · No I’m smart and sweet and friendly. Great with other dogs and sturdy children too. Already crate trained and housebroken, and I know just about every trick you can think of. I know it sounds like a fairy tale, but really it’s true! All this and I’m just a year old too—I have so much potential. That means that I’m full of puppy love and always ready for an adventure. Oh, the stories we can write together! None of them will include cats, though, so I hope that is OK. I’m ready for my fairy-tale ending…are you? My adoption fee is $260 and includes microchip & registration, neuter, reduced-cost training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Labrador Retriever + Pit Bull Terrier Mix 6 months old Male 40 pounds Kids · Yes Dogs · Yes Cats · No Looking for just the right pup to join your family? Take a swing and knock it outta the park with me! My name is Dodger, and on behalf of Family Dogs New Life Shelter I would like to thank you for taking the time to review my fellow canines and consider us for your family. Sure, you could choose any puppy, or little lap-lovin’ fuzzball, but you got a bases-loaded, bottom-of–the-ninth home run right here with Dodger! I enjoy game time and sturdy kids, plus I get along great with other dogs, just don’t expect me to share the field with cats. Not only can I hit a home run, I also enjoy practice time to work on good manners, and am doing excellent with my crate training. I just need a loving family willing to step up to the plate and recognize what an All Star I am. My adoption fee is $300 and includes neuter, microchip & registration, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Story
Due to having a busy work schedule and moving into an apartment, I have made the agonizing decision to rehome our sweet family dog Kane. Kane is a very kind family dog. He has grown up with children ( I have 4) of various ages. Ideal to live in a new home without other dogs. Only because I don’t know how he would react. Some pure breed silver labs are prone to color diluted alopecia. Kane has lost a lot of his hair. I included pics. Still a head full of hair and tail. He is not neutered. Just never felt the need. Kane needs to be in a patient, loving home. He is prone to anxiety when I have dropped him off for care at boarding homes, but over time he will adjust. Kane needs all the love he gives us. Only considering patient, kind people to take Kane on the adventures he deserves.

Roxy is a bundle of energy and joy, always ready for adventure and playtime. Roxy is a smart girl but could benefit from some training in basic obedience and proper leash walking. She's eager to learn and would thrive in a home where she can receive consistent guidance and positive reinforcement. With the right training, Roxy will become an obedient and well-mannered companion. Being a high-energy breed, Roxy needs plenty of exercise and mental stimulation to keep her happy and healthy. If you're looking for a loving and energetic companion who's ready to embark on adventures with you, consider welcoming Roxy into your home! Primary Color: Black Weight: 69 Age: 1yrs 6mths 2wks
