Story
Est. DOB: 07/11/2024 Current Weight: 9lbs Adoption fee: $495 (Adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate current vaccines, microchip, and preventative flea treatment.) Teddy is an adorable Maltipoo with a fun-loving personality and plenty of affection to give! This playful little guy is friendly, sweet, and loves being around his people. Teddy does well with other dogs his size and would enjoy having a canine companion to play with. When meeting new people, Teddy does best with slow, calm introductions. He can occasionally nip when he feels unsure, so he is looking for an experienced adopter who will give him the time and space he needs to feel comfortable. Teddy would do best in a home with older children, 10+. Once Teddy gets to know you, his playful and affectionate personality really shines. If you're looking for a little companion with a big personality and lots of love to give, Teddy may be your guy! Apply today! https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SSAR/Dog Disclaimer: Please note that dogs in a rescue environment may behave differently than they would in a home setting. While we do our best to assess each dogs habits and behaviors, we cannot guarantee that any dog is fully potty trained or will not have accidents after adoption. Changes in environment, routine, stress levels, and transition into a new home can all impact a dogs house-training habits. Patience, consistency, and continued training may be needed as the dog adjusts to their new home. Breed descriptions are provided as a general estimate based on the dog's size, shape, and appearance. These descriptions are not definitive and should be considered a "guestimate." Since we cannot always know the exact breed mix of our rescue animals, the information provided is simply an educated guess. Story
Coco is a female Maltese who recently came into my care from a previous owner. I have made sure she received all necessary medical attention. She is fully up-to-date on all her vaccines and just underwent a successful spay and umbilical hernia removal surgery. Her medical care has been fully covered, and she is on her way to being physically healthy!Unfortunately, due to her past living environment, Coco has developed severe food resource guarding. She becomes highly reactive, defensive, and will snap or bite when food or treats are present. Because I have a young child and another dog, it has become an unsafe environment for both my family and Coco. She is currently highly stressed by the bustling activity of a multi-pet and child household. Coco MUST go to a quiet, adult-only home (preferably a single person) with NO young children and NO other pets. She needs an experienced, patient owner who understands resource guarding and can provide strict boundaries.

Story
✅️Currently located in South Korea✅️ Meet Noah🤍 💙 Noah’s Account: @aki.noa.sushi 1. Health • Neutering/Spaying: Completed • Other: Microchipped; had bladder stone surgery and molar extraction. Fully blind in one eye due to cataracts. Experiences coughing when temperatures drop, requiring steroid medication if coughing occurs. Has partial hearing loss. All teeth except molars have been extracted, so he cannot eat hard treats. 2. Rescue Story • Noah was rescued from a breeding facility alongside Aji and Aki before Adogs officially formed. He was adopted, but after his adopter passed away suddenly in September 2024, Noah returned to Adogs. He is looking for a family to help him overcome his grief and begin a new chapter of life. 3. Personality & Habits • With People: Very affectionate and sweet, loves both strangers and familiar people, and often approaches first asking for pets. • With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs, both familiar and new friends. May show cute jealousy if another dog gets attention. • Separation Anxiety: Calm when left with Aki, though Aki has separation anxiety that affects Noah. If left with another dog or person, he waits quietly. • House Training: Fully pee pad trained (100% accuracy), though he prefers pooping outdoors. He tends to pee near the edge of the pad, so surrounding it with a fence or holder is helpful. • Hygiene/Grooming: Very calm and well-behaved during baths, drying, and brushing. • Walking on Leash: Walks well on a leash without pulling and keeps pace nicely. 4. Special Notes • May bark briefly when a stranger enters the room for the first time. In the evenings, he may bark for 5 minutes normally, or 20–30 minutes if he has extra energy. • Has a strong food drive and eats quickly when excited for meals, so feeding slowly and calmly is recommended.

Story
una’s Second Chance Luna arrived at the shelter carrying more than just the weight of being a stray. Her beautiful coat was matted with dirt, debris, and wounds—a painful reminder of the life she had endured on her own. But beneath all that hurt was a sweet, loving girl. From the moment Luna was given a safe place to rest, she showed everyone that she still had so much love to give. She was gentle, affectionate, and grateful for every kind word and caring touch. Despite everything she had been through, Luna never stopped trusting people. Now, Luna is hoping for the one thing she has been missing all along: a forever home. She dreams of a soft bed, a loving family, and someone who will promise never to leave her behind again. Luna has survived the hardest days. All she needs now is someone to show her that the rest of her story can be filled with love. Luna is ready for her happily ever after. ❤️🐾

Story
izzy was the smallest of the pack, white colored matted sweetheart with soft eyes that always seemed to ask for kindness. She lived in a crowded backyard with several other dogs, all of them trying their best to survive on scraps, rainwater puddles, and the hope that someone would notice them. Lizzy was the gentle one — the one who nudged the others toward shade on hot days, the one who curled herself around the shivering pups at night. Even in a hard place, she carried softness like a lantern. One morning, everything changed. A neighbor finally made the call that should’ve been made long ago. When the gate opened and the animal control officers stepped inside, Lizzy didn’t bark or run. She simply lifted her head, tail tucked, and looked at them with those hopeful eyes. It worked. They knelt down, spoke softly, and Lizzy walked forward as if she’d been waiting for this moment her whole life. At the shelter, she was bathed, fed, and wrapped in a warm blanket. The staff quickly realized she wasn’t just sweet — she was special. She leaned into every hand that touched her, grateful for every gentle word. She had the kind of heart that made people stop and smile. Within days, a rescue group stepped in. They saw her photo, read her notes, and said, “We want Lizzy.” She was placed in a soft‑bed kennel, given a new collar, and loaded into a van headed toward her second chance. Lizzy didn’t know where she was going, but she knew it was somewhere better. She pressed her nose to the window, watching the world pass by — free, open, full of possibilities. And for the first time in her life, Lizzy felt like she belonged to a future that was finally kind.
