Story

T-Bone is an adorable 8 year old Maltese with a sweet, gentle personality and a heart that just wants to be close to his people. He's a cuddly little companion who loves being near you and has a wonderful way of making you feel like his favorite person in the world. T-Bone is also good with other dogs, making him a great little buddy for a home with other canine friends. He's affectionate and playful and has that special Maltese charm that makes it hard not to fall in love with him. T-Bone may not be a puppy anymore, but that just means you get to skip the puppy stage and go straight to the best part- the love, companionship, and loyalty of a wonderful little dog. He has a wonderful balance of playful personality and calm companionship. He's the kind of dog who would happily curl up beside you, follow you around the house, and simply enjoy being a part of your everyday life. He is a breeder release and is learning how much fun it is to be a dog. He does best sleeping in bed as he’s knows his person is right there. He’s so tiny and is a very good sleeper ! T-Bone is ready for his forever home where he can be cherished, spoiled, and loved as much as he deserves. If you're looking for a li8ttle companion with a big heart, T-Bone may be your perfect match. He's tiny- only about 5 pounds. He's being fostered in Waukesha WI. His adoption fee is $450 and is up to date on needed shots and neutered. Any questions? Contact Wendy at 262-720-0474 or wbucky31@gmail.com WI DATCP # 274478

Story

Meet Amber Amber is a 5-year-old Maltese weighing just 10 pounds, looking for a loving forever home through Tiny Paws Small Dog Rescue. Amber came from a puppy mill, so she is still learning that people can be kind and trustworthy. She can be timid at first, but she is making progress every single day with patience, love, and gentle encouragement. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and especially loves her best friend, Betty. The two of them run and play in the fields together and are constant companions indoors and outdoors. Because she loves the companionship and confidence she gains from other dogs, Amber would do best in a home with another friendly companion dog. Amber uses puppy pads, rides nicely in the car without getting sick, and takes treats very gently from your hand. She also enjoys curling up in your lap and being softly petted. Amber is still gaining confidence, so she will need a calm, patient home that understands she needs time to fully blossom after the years she spent in a puppy mill. She is also considered a flight risk, so a physically fenced yard is required for her safety. Invisible/electric fences will not be considered. In return, you’ll get to watch a sweet little soul learn what love truly feels like. If you are interested in giving Amber the second chance she deserves, please fill out an adoption application with Tiny Paws Small Dog Rescue. Amber is located in Rockford, IL with Kathy Mehalko.

Story

Bentley and Princeton, two bonded 3-year-old Maltipom/Bichon brothers currently available for adoption through Tiny Paws Small Dog Rescue. As they are closely bonded, they must be adopted together. About Bentley and Princeton: - Sex: Neutered males - Weight: Bentley (9–10 lbs), Princeton (12 lbs) - Appearance: Bentley is black and white; Princeton is cream-colored. - Temperament: Both are friendly and get along well with other dogs. They are suitable for homes with children aged 8 and up. They both enjoy sleeping in bed, though Princeton may take a little longer to acclimate as he is skittish, but he has come a long way. - Activities: They love running after each other in the yard, and grooming each other. Playing with toys and chewing on their favorite treats like bully sticks, yak sticks, chicken feet, and turkey feet. Adoption Requirements: - Fenced Yard: A secure fence is required. Princeton initially attempted to jump a 5-foot fence, so a safe, enclosed space is necessary. These two cute brothers are currently being fostered in Mount Pleasant, WI. Story

MEET STUART LITTLE!Tiny body. HUGE heart.??????????????????????How can you look at this little face and not fall in love? ??Stuart is a 9-month-old Maltipoo weighing 5.5 pounds, but this little guy has already been through more than any puppy should.??Stuart came into animal control as a stray weighing only 3.4 pounds. He was a tangled, matted and underweight little mess when he arrived. But with some love, good food, care and TLC, Stuart is blossoming into the happy little puppy he was always meant to be. ??And his personality? Absolutely adorable!?? Loves everyone—including kids?? Loves to snuggle?? Loves playing with toys?? Loves playing with other dogs?? Has the funniest, quirkiest little bark?? Tiny at 5.5 pounds, but BIG on personality!??WHY STUART LITTLE?We named him Stuart Little because the heart of Stuart’s character is so fitting for this little guy:“It’s not the size of the mouse, but the size of his heart.”????????????????????Stuart may be a little guy facing a big world, but he does it with courage, kindness, loyalty and a wonderful sense of adventure.??And that is exactly who our Stuart is. ????He doesn’t need someone to focus on where he started.??He needs someone who will look at this tiny boy and see the enormous heart inside him—and love him for all the adventures still ahead.??Stuart Little will be available after Oct 12th????BEFORE YOU APPLY??When adopting a young dog, we ask families to consider the dog’s age in relation to their own. This isn’t about excluding people based solely on age. It’s about making thoughtful, lifelong matches.??Small dogs like Stuart can live well into their teens, so we encourage potential adopters to think about where they will be in 10–15 years.??Our goal isn’t simply to find Stuart a home.??Our goal is to find him the RIGHT home—the one that will love him for his entire life.??If you think Stuart Little might be your perfect companion, please fill out an application at ??WWW.NBSTR.ORG??He may be little… but his heart is BIG enough to fill a forever home.??Fostered in Southeastern WI
