Spike is a handsome maltipoo mix. He can be a little shy at first, it takes him a minute to trust someone and warm up. But once he does, you have best friend for life! He is a very happy cuddly dog. Spike has the most fun natural blonde Mohawk that just adds to his charm! DOB 5/8/24 and around 25 lbs. Spike prefers a home without cats and, honestly, would do best as the only furry companion. He can be a bit of an attention hog and doesn’t like to share his favorite human! He would also do best in a home with no kids or kids over 12, who will respect his personal space while he adjusts to a new environment. Her name is Princess and she has been a big part of my life and family m and is truly a sweet, gentle soul. Due to personal reasons and the care demands of another senior dog in my home who is also dealing with health issues, I’m no longer able to give Princess the level of care and attention she deserves. Princess does come with some challenges, and I want to be completely transparent so she can be placed in the right environment: • Bell’s palsy • Separation anxiety • Dental disease that will require ongoing care Despite these challenges, Princess is loving and bonds deeply with her person. She would do best in a calm, stable home with someone who has patience, compassion, and ideally experience with senior or special-needs dogs. A home where someone is around most of the day would be ideal. This decision comes from love, not lack of it.
