Ideal Home / Adopter: Cannoli would thrive in a home where her people are willing to include her as much as possible with their activities, inlcuding outside of the house. She would also thrive in a home with another playful dog who can help build her confidence and provide companionship. Consistency and commitment to training her will help solidify her manners. She loves sunbathing on a porch, chasing bugs in the yard, and rolling in the grass, so a fenced in yard would be ideal.
Likes: Cuddling with her humans and/or canine sibling, playing with toys, giving kisses, getting belly and ear rubs, sunbathing/playing outside.
Dislikes: Being alone, quick movements, loud noises.
Cue Gilmore Girls theme song Wherever you lead, Cannoli will follow! This petite lady would love a family who will include her in all of the fun and in turn, you will be showered in kisses and cuddles. Cannoli would thrive in a home with another playful dog who can help build her confidence and provide her with companionship when her humans can't be around. She still has some puppy tendencies, but has been accident free in her foster home and responds well to being told "no" and "leave it". Cannoli seemed nervous around cats and young children in her temporary foster home, so older kids or no children may be best. Her perfect, silky tiger stripes and giant, expressive ears will catch your eye but her lovebug, goofball personality will steal your heart.
All fees include spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, deworming, and the dog will be current on flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives. All dogs over 6 months of age have been tested and are heartworm negative.
