If you are interested in adopting this dog,  please fill out an Adoption Questionnaire at  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/43315/genericYou can learn about the adoption process by visiting: http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/howtoadopt/.  Dog's Name:  Zeke  (ZEK0123TAZMD)Estimated Breed:  Plott Hound and Beagle MIX  Approximate Age:   1 yearApproximate Weight:  30 lbsCurrently Living at:   FosterAdoption Fee: $375DOG'S DESCRIPTION: HEY HEY! Are you looking for a party? I'm Zeke and just look at my face; I'm the fun guy with the energy that will knock your socks off. I'm a VERY happy, playful, friendly guy and I absolutely love romping with my doggy pals. Cats are a different story, I think they are toys, so, of course I want to play and chase, and they usually don’t! I am a great medium size boy and would love to find my forever home with you. I walk well on leash and I'm an all around friendly boy. Just one caveat - Mr. party boy really needs a single family home because he's a talker!  Fill out an application today and see what you’re missing – the ball is in your court!Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.           Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets. Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit  http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/  or email our Foster Coordinator at  foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSponsor Me!    Make a  tax-deductible donation  today by visiting us at http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/donate/  . She is great with other dogs, but not with cats.  She is very active so the perfect home for her would be one with a nice yard! She is a great escape artist so she will need a home with at least a 6' fence. Willow is extremely sweet and friendly, and would make a wonderful pet for one lucky family or adopter. If you open your heart and home to this beauty, you won’t be sorry! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. Story
Tyanna is a social butterfly. She is a bouncy, happy, friendly girl who loves everyone she meets. She knows sit and down, but would love to learn more in her new home. She takes treats gently. She prefers spending time with her people over playing with toys. Tyanna was friendly and playful when meeting another female dog. She walks well on leash.

Story
Courtesy post for Bron. Even though owners love him very much things are no longer working between the two male dogs in the home and it is in everyone's best interest if Bron finds a new loving home. Bron is an 1 1/2 year old plott hound and weighs 80lbs. He is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, and is microchipped. He knows sit, lay down, come and is fine in the car. Bron is sweet with young kids (5 & 9 years) and owners, but is having territorial issues with their other male dog. With young kids in the home they are worried what could happen if there was an issue between the dogs and the kids are nearby. Bron is fine with the female dog in the home. Ideally Bron would be an only dog in his new home. He has also lived with cats without a problem. Regarding children and cats outside the home, he's curious and pleasant. Per his owners Bron is sweet and playful, has the cutest underbite, loves playing with the kids and is a big cuddle bug. Please contact Bron's owner at (971) 801-0021 or Haligoth@gmail.com if you are interested in helping him.     Disclaimer: AAHA provides complimentary listings for members of the community who wish to rehome their pet, as well as for other shelters/ rescues to assist them in finding Furever homes. Courtesy posted pets are not affiliated with AAHA rescue. Unfortunately, there is not enough space or resources to admit every animal to our rescue that needs a furever home. But, we still want to help those in need along their journey! By courtesy posting, we are offering our website/network as an additional outlet to help an owner or rescue gain additional exposure for the animal they are trying to place. AAHA can make no representation about courtesy posted pets including the health or suitability for adoption and accepts no liability in this exchange. Arrangements for adoptions are made between the Caretaker of the pet and the potential Adopter. June 8, 2023, 6:28 pm

Story
Let it go, let it gooooooo ...Can't hold it back anymore ... So, yes, I am named Elsa - after THAT Elsa, too. :) I was found in February in San Antonio when the temps were below freezing and pipes were bursting and things were just not going great for many in San Antonio... Luckily for me, a kind man and his family took me in so I didn't have to stay out in the cold any longer. I am a sensitive girl - yelling and loud voices scare me. But when I know and trust you, I will give you kisses and my whole heart! I am a smart, kind, young, and beautiful brindle girl. I just need a family who will give me the time to become comfortable in my new home and show you the loving dog I was always meant to be.
