Story

Daisy is a love! She has boundless energy and love to give. She is a little over one year old. We do not have the time she will need for more intensive training. She needs a family who has the time to help her get her energy out every day. We have realized we are not able to give enough to her, and we are hoping to find someone who can. We have two other dogs, and she has been just fine with them. She loves to play with them and bark at the trash truck with them. We had a cat until he died, and she was very aware to leave him be. Daisy is crate trained and doesn’t have accidents. She can’t be left to roam the house, or she will chew things up. She is sweet with all ages of people, but is unaware of her body around smaller kids, and can come crashing through knocking littles over. We are sure she could learn, but again, we aren’t the ones to teach her.

Barney and Odie were at a local shelter because their owner did not want them and their days there were just too long. They are both so very cute and sweet. Odie is about 3 years old and only weighs 32 lbs. The shelter said he definitely is a "cuddle bug" He was, surrendered to a local shelter on 9/4 with his brother, Barney, because they were not wanted. He was in the shelter for 55 days and we saw his adorable face and just had to rescue him. He is 3 to 4 yrs old and weighs 35 lbs. He is a perfect Medium size! He is a tail-wagging confident boy with an inquisitive nature. He is extremely sweet natured and amiable. He craves attention and love when he gets it. He is active and alert, yet not overwhelming with his energy level. He is crazy about treats and though does not know to sit for them yet, he is able to catch treats in his mouth which is pretty cool. Seems like he has never had toys and he doesn't seem to know what they are. He prefers to hang out with his humans. Odie would seem a good fit for a laid-back household. Vincent is an approximately 11-month-old Catahoula mix who is now officially available for adoption at the Rockwall Adoption Center after never being reclaimed. He was originally found on 11/22/25 near Corporate Crossing in Rockwall, and despite being microchipped, we were unfortunately unable to reach an owner. Vincent is a neutered male and is fully up to date on his medical care, including: Microchip Rabies vaccination DAPPV vaccination Bordetella vaccine Heartworm negative This young guy is still in his puppy stage and has a lot of love, energy, and potential to offer the right family. With continued guidance, enrichment, and affection, Vincent is sure to grow into an amazing companion. Adoption Fee: $125 This fee helps cover his veterinary care and prepares him for a healthy start in his new home.
