Shadow is a 1.5 year old hunting hound she has a huge story before and after her rescue with a very large following. She loves other dogs and seeks them out. She would do best in a home with another well behaved young active dog. She's been known to run but getting better and she currently wears a tracking device on her collar. She opens up pretty quickly but is very scared and shy without another dog . She was emaciated and on the run when rescued. She is now gaining weight and beautiful. Lola was rescued from a local shelter and now her owner has to give her up to no fault of her own. She is a gorgeous, sweet girl. She is great with small dogs and seems a bit timid with large dogs but we think she would be fine in time as she gets to know them. She is obedient and aims to please. Daisy is a love! She has boundless energy and love to give. She is a little over one year old. We do not have the time she will need for more intensive training. She needs a family who has the time to help her get her energy out every day. We have realized we are not able to give enough to her, and we are hoping to find someone who can. We have two other dogs, and she has been just fine with them. She loves to play with them and bark at the trash truck with them. We had a cat until he died, and she was very aware to leave him be. Daisy is crate trained and doesn’t have accidents. She can’t be left to roam the house, or she will chew things up. She is sweet with all ages of people, but is unaware of her body around smaller kids, and can come crashing through knocking littles over. We are sure she could learn, but again, we aren’t the ones to teach her.

Hi there! My name is Tallulah, but my friends call me Talli. I’m a one year old, medium sized pup with the sweetest eyes; I’ve been told they can melt hearts! I’m a gentle soul who loves being around people, and I dream of finding a calm, loving home to call my own. I’m a pretty quiet girl and don’t spend too much time playing. Loud noises and fast movements can scare me, so I feel happiest in peaceful, cozy spaces where I can relax by your side. I promise I’ll make the perfect snuggle buddy! My foster home has other dogs, and I don’t mind that at all, I just don’t spend a lot of time playing with them. I met a cat once, and that was scary! On the plus side, I’m potty trained and crate trained, so I’m already prepared to be a great housemate. All I need now is a family who will love me for the sweet, gentle girl I am. If you have a calm home and a heart ready for love, I’d be so happy to be your new best friend! Love, Talli A note from the kind people at my Rescue: Talli is the sweetest girl, she wasn’t feeling well when we rescued her from the shelter. They thought maybe she had been injured. We noticed right away that she was leaking some type of discharge so the amazing veterinarian team at Mazie’s Mission Rescue Clinic got her in for an x-ray immediately. It was discovered then that she had an Open Pyometra, which is basically an infection in the uterus causing pus to drain from the uterus. The cure for this is antibiotics and spay surgery; which we promptly took care of for her. She has felt so much better since and is fully healed and healthy now! Talli is also up to date on all of her vaccinations, is microchipped, and is clear of any infections! She is a year old and 38 pounds. Sofia is a playful puppy but also loves to cuddle. She has no idea what personal space is and just wants to be near a warm body. LOL! She will bark at noises but is not aggressive. She sits on command and is smart. Sofia will destroy anything she can pull into her crate, so for that reason, there is only a mattress inside a huge crate where she sleeps at night, if she is being left alone for short periods, a smaller crate is best. She loves toys and anything that breathes. LOL!
