Meet Baby Girl, her pics are lousy! She's such a pretty girl and she just wouldn't perk her ears up for us! Hopefully you can see her better in the video. As you can see, she was off lead and she is so well behaved and loyal that he doesn't even try to run off. BG was an owner surrender. Her owner has terminal Cancer and had to go into hospice care and there was nobody to take this precious baby in so we took her into the rescue. She is 7 years young and very healthy. She's heart worm negative, fully vaccinated, microchipped, crate trained and house broken. She is simply the perfect little girl! Ready for immediate transport. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!! ADOPTION FEE $600

Story
Meet Tina! She is a 1 year old rat terrier/heeler mix rescued with her mom, sister and younger siblings after being dumped in a bad area of town. She is very submissive and a little shy at first but wants she warms up she loves belly rubs! She get's that from her mom! She is great with other dogs of all sizes but prefers medium and small dogs. The bigger dogs make her a little nervous. She is working on leash walking, potty training and crate training. She is currently 23 lbs with long legs. She is just a sweet girl looking for love and a place to lounge around! Tammy is available for adoption with Saving Grace Dog Rescue of San Antonio. The adoption fee is $195 local or $395 out of state with transport. An adoption application and adoption contract are all required. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, and wormed for internal and external parasites. If you would like more information please email us at sgdrsa@outlook.com. An adoption application can be completed online at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SGDR/Dog Please note that visual breed identification in rescue dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only GUESSING at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

I came all the way from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama. Hard to imagine someone as cute as me could end up without a family! I am now searching for my forever home. Could that be you? I am your typical young puppy; super sweet and friendly. I adore making doggie friends and just love to play. At my young age, I am in my prime for training and socialization too. If you are looking for an amazing little puppy, then look no further than me. Submit an application today! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.           Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets. Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit  http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/  or email our Foster Coordinator at  foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSponsor Me!    Make a  tax-deductible donation  today by visiting us at http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/donate/  . Story
Copper is all about spreading joy! He is a playful, 2-year old with a curious nature and friendly personality. While fetch might not be his thing, Copper makes up for it with his personality. He loves to play and run around, but also loves hanging out and napping with his favorite human. He gets along with the other small dogs in his foster home and enjoys a game of chase. He can be shy meeting new people, but give him a minute and he will be your best friend. He is an unknown around kids, but due to his petite size (10lbs), he would be best with kids over 10 years. He’s a pro on the leash, making walks a delightful adventure. Copper’s enthusiasm knows no bounds! Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to welcome Copper into your home and experience the joy of having a furry friend by your side! My Profile Age and weight: I'm 2 years old and weigh 10 pounds Good with kids: I'm good with kids over 10 years old Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Unknown Fenced yard: No Suitable for townhouse and/or apartment: Yes House trained: Mostly Crate trained: Yes Barks when left alone: I’ll bark when you leave, but then I’ll settle down Chews inappropriate items: No Training: I'm looking forward to training class! Activity level: Medium Meet Me If you are interested in Copper, consider letting us know by filling out a (no-obligation) adoption application at pgspca.org. Please consult our Adoption FAQ before contacting us. Please check the adoption-show-attendees page to see if Copper will be attending the next adoption show. Story
To learn more about Angus, please reachout to: kristin.calkins@lostdogrescue.org Meet Angus, a charming 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure! Angus is as sweet and affectionate as they come. He loves to explore and go on long walks with his dog foster sister, but he also loves a slow sniffy walk so he can explore the world around him. He also loves to say hi to anyone and everyone (2 & 4 legs) on his walks. He's great in public places and loves a trip to a dog friendly store or to accompany you for a dinner on the patio. Angus would thrive in a home with a playful dog sibling, since he loves to play, but would do well on his own. When it's time to wind down, he's your perfect snuggle buddy, always ready for some cozy cuddles. He's an excellent car companion and sleeps soundly through the night. No need to crate this sweet guy, furniture and shoes are safe around him. He's also got a great track record in his foster home for doing his business outside! If you're looking for a loving, loyal companion who will bring joy and enthusiasm into your life, Angus might be perfect for you!
