Coco is the sweetest of girls and is looking for her forever family. She is a little shy and prefers a calm environment. She loves other dogs and plays well with her 3 foster siblings. She loves a good game of chase, and she loves to chew on antlers and toys that squeak. Coco gets excited to go on car rides and is ready to go whenever you pick up the keys. She rides very well in the car. She has had some training and is great with 'sit' and 'down' and offering her paw. She is working on reinforcing the 'stay' and 'come' commands with her foster parents. She would do best with a fenced yard and supervision (at first anyhow). Her previous family reported a tendency to run off. Her foster family has seen no such behavior. Coco is housetrained and is a bit afraid of her crate - which is being worked on. She sleeps all night on her dog bed in the master bedroom. She is a cuddler and wants to be close to her people. If you are looking for a sweet, loyal companion, then Coco is the girl for you!FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Rags is a very friendly and chill Rottie mix who was luckily rescued by his foster. He was found walking down a median on a busy road in Detroit. Rags currently lives with several other dogs and is very loving and sweet. It appeared he was not very well taken care of when found. He has an overbite which was probably congenital that causes his tongue to stick out. He had heartworm disease when we first got him but he was treated and is now healthy and heartworm negative. Rags is about 75 pounds and estimated to be about 10 years old. Rags has a good personality and would love to finally find a wonderful new family to love and care for him. This fellow definitely deserves it. Please consider making him a new addition to your home or companion for another friendly dog.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Buddy, one of two new residents at The Mikey & Me Kennels in Chelsea for Happy Days Rescue. Buddy is a Rottweiler Mix, he’s extremely sweet, I believe him to be about 8 months of age, and he weighs about 45 pounds. He sits patiently in his kennel at mealtime and he is just starting to enjoy going outdoors. We could see that going outdoors is something Buddy had to assess and evaluate for his safety. I don’t think Buddy has had much outdoor time but he’s slowly adapting to this new world. Buddy has a beautiful, short-haired coat. His first Vet appt. in Dexter is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25th. He will have a physical exam, heart worm test, and he will receive other vaccinations at that time. He came to us with some vaccinations and he’s been on flea/tick meds.
