Every once in awhile you will see younger dogs but for the most part our dogs live out their life at the ranch at the request of their previous owners or their owners families. We have many sponsorship dogs. Our sponsors love to keep in touch and know how their sponsored fur buddy is doing :) When we have foster families we are thrilled to be able to take adoptable younger dogs :) So if you have ever thought about becoming fosters please feel free to go to our foster/volunteer page and fill out an application. The Ranch located at 737 Taylor Rd., Windsor, PA is always looking for dedicated volunteers that will commit to at least a 2 hour shift per week at the rescue. Volunteers work in play yards, help with laundry and feeding. Koda is a great dog for someone who can give him a lot of attention and extra room to exercise. He is 3 years old and requires some training (leash training and jumping). Koda is VERY playful and loves to run, play fetch and chew on sticks. He’s very loving and protects his pack. He does have allergy issues and does require medication daily but takes it well. He is a guard dog and does become reactive towards other dogs. He would fit best in a home with no other dogs and a lot of land to run, or someone who can exercise him daily, as well as someone who is familiar with his breed.

She would even happier in her very own home with a new family!Rosa is a strong girl who will need a physically capable adopter as she can pull pretty hard on leash. She has been reactive to other dogs and cats in her foster home so being an only child will set her up to be the most successful! We know there are so many great people out there how love rotties! All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella.
