The adoption fee for this dog covers all vetting and transport costs. *All of our dogs have tested Heart-worm negative and are on a monthly heart worm prevention protocol and will be spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption.

She is a little afraid and reactive to men. Chicken would do best in a home with another calm confident dog or on her own. She is great on leash. Potty trained, crate trained. I’m a disabled Marine Corps veteran rehoming my beloved 8-year-old dog, Bella. She’s a house-trained, gentle, emotionally sensitive girl who thrives in calm, predictable environments. Bella loves walks, sunbathing, treat puzzles — and she’s also a hiking queen who can handle tough 6-mile hikes (with recovery). Bella has separation anxiety and needs a home where someone is around most of the time. She’s not suited for long absences or noisy apartments. She’s always been sweet around kids, though I don’t have any myself. I’m rehoming her due to my chronic medical limitations — she needs more consistent presence than I can give. She’s up to date on vet care, on anxiety meds, and eats sensitive-skin kibble. She’ll come with her kennel, bowls, harnesses, and possibly her Lovesac sac that she loves to nap on. She’s incredibly loving and will thrive with someone who understands her needs.
