Solo was adopted from a previous family after his previous owne could no longer care for him due to their existing pet not accepting him. Solo is a calm and loyal pup who loves to chew on his favorite rope toy and nap in sunbeams. He gets along with some dogs and preciously lived with another Sharpei, but prefers introductions and respectful boundaries. Solo likes to cuddle up with his humans and rests his heavy head on your lap, seeking gentle pets. An ideal home for Solo would be one with an outdoor space. Solo is house trained and is one smart pup, but can be stubborn! He enjoys short, leashed walks and appreciates a comfortable, cool place to rest. Meet Sharshar!Sharshar is an 11 month old male Chinese Sharpei mix. He is the fluffiest Sharpei with a sweet disposition. He’s happy to be the little big brother to others in the house. At 11 months, he is all puppy and enjoying every moment of life. His foster has had other Sharpei and says Sharshar is hands down the most enjoyable she`s ever had. He will take time getting use to people. Trust is something he doesn’t hand off easily. Once he trusts you, you’ve got one of the best pups out there. He is more vocal than others but his baritone is enjoyable to listen to. He loves being free range so leash walks take work. He does enjoy other pups and children fascinate this boy to no end. He does require eye gel applied to his eyes every two days because his eye lashes touch his eyes. Sharshar is house trained, neutered and up to date with all his vaccines. If you’ve ever thought about this breed, he’s the one you want. His forever home would need to have at least one other pup in the home. He goes to Camp BowWow a few times a week and does great there as well as dog parks. He does not like little loud dogs and golf carts. He is still not great on a leash, but we are working on it. My skin is sensitive so I receive allergy medicine and it works great! In addition, I had a small skin tumor removed recently, and I need to be monitored for recurrence.
